The ideal candidate will be familiar with all standard office software and equipment, and be eager and able to learn new software pertaining to real estate and advertising. The job also requires frequent driving (mileage reimbursed), so access to a reliable car and a clean driving record are necessary.
The position entails support tasks for the brokerage including, but not limited to, entering new listings, setting up showing appointments and following up, showing rental properties and assisting with leasing, photography and videography of listings, auditing files, sending out contracts and associated items, and more.
