The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the appendices. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time set for receipt of bids. Work will be bid as ONE project and will be awarded under a single contract. It is the intent of the City of Sheldon to award a contract during the month of March, 2016. Each bidder shall file with his bid a cashier’s check or certified check drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder’s bond in an amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount of his bid.
