Amos and Verena Lambright and family started Rolling Acres Family Farms LLC in April 2022 with intentions of providing antibiotic free all natural beef, port and chicken to the general public. They have since added homemade jam, jellies and canned pickles to their line of products.
The beef and port are raise on the Lambright farm. All hand fed with good quality grain and hay, as well as plenty of fresh water. In the summer time the beef have ample free range and plenty of grass. The beef and pork are processed and packaged at the USDA certified facility and sold through their “on the farm store” or at the Lamar West Side Farmer’s Market. You can save money by buying at the store. They specialize in putting meat bundles together and offering those to you at a discounted price. Or save even more money by buying a whole or half beef, as well as whole pork. You can visit the farm and pick out your own steer or hog, which will then be transported to the processing facility of your choice.
