Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) Training Nevada VINE is a free and anonymous telephone or internet based service that provides victims of crime, victim advocates, and law enforcement agencies two important features: information and notification. Nevada VINE monitors the custody status of offenders, and provides it to victims 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
