a note from CINDY monroe Ten years old and we’re just getting started! Hi Friends, Every holiday season I travel back to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to spend time with friends and family. During those trips I can’t help but reminisce about the early days of Thirty-One. It was 10 years ago this October that our company began in the basement of our Tennessee home. Since that time I’ve been blessed to meet thousands of amazing women through Thirty-One, and those women are the reason we’re reaching new heights every year.

I always tell people our company isn’t about the products — it’s about the people. We’re lucky enough to have more than 100,000 talented, passionate Consultants across the country, and we’re adding more people to our family every week. These women truly are the heart of our business. Still, though, I can’t help but get excited when I think about the products we’re offering this season!

We have a brand new Girl on the Go Collection featuring hands-free purses that my daughter and I love using while we’re shopping. (On page 9 you’ll see my good friend Julie Sutton and her daughter wearing their favorite Girl on the Go purses.) We also refreshed our home organizing collection, which you’ll see in the second half of this Catalog. Take a look at the pantry photos on page 26 & 27 to see how these products can make your life easier — I know every woman wishes she had a pantry that organized! We really have come a long way since the early days, but I know even better things are in store for our next 10 years, starting with this season. When I signed up I was working full-time as a teacher, and all our extra money went toward diapers and wipes. I just wanted to hold one party a month so I could treat myself to a mani-pedi every so often.

What first drew you to Thirty-One?
When I first saw the website I couldn’t stop looking at the stylish bags and totes. I was also attracted to the mission statement and the fact that it’s a faith-based company. God has used this opportunity to bless me, my family and so many others! Thirty-One is about so much more than the amazing products we offer – it’s really all about celebrating, encouraging and rewarding people for who they are. You initially had a very specific monetary goal, right? I hoped to earn $300 a month to help pay for my son’s college expenses, and I reached that goal within 90 days! Five years later, we’ve been able to pay off all our debt, buy our son a new vehicle and also purchase a new boat for ourselves!

How has your business affected your family? It’s
given our children the privilege of receiving a Christian education, and the spiritual impact that’s had on them brings me to tears. It’s also allowed my husband to quit his job, so now we both have complete flexibility with our schedules and are able to spend more time with our family.
What has surprised you the most about Thirty-One? Little
did I know when I joined four years ago that God would bring so many fabulous women into my life. My amazing team, my upline, my sister leaders – these women have built me up emotionally and spiritually. Before Thirty-One I sold for another company for two years, but I wasn’t earning very much – my biggest check was around $800. However, in my first full month with Thirty-One, I earned $800! It was amazing to get that kind of income right away. How has your life changed over the past five years? When I first started, it was a stretch for us just to pay our mortgage. But just a couple of months after joining, my income with Thirty-One was paying the mortgage every month! We’re also able to give more to our church and support others in need. It’s such a blessing to share Christ alongside my husband and an incredible team during mission trips to Haiti without having to ask for financial support. Personalize with a name, phrase, three initials or a single initial. Refer to the information below for specific ordering details and limitations, based on font size and product.

FONT STYLES 10-19: A name or phrase, in either uppercase or lowercase (Style 17 available in uppercase only). Uppercase letters will be 1.5” to 2” tall, with lowercase letters almost half the height of uppercase letters. Names in ALL CAPS will appear slightly smaller. Fonts with “curlz” or accents can create extra space between letters. Laser Etching may be as small as 0.4” tall, depending on product. Note: If you enter three initials, the middle initial will NOT be larger, and the order will be the same as you entered. FONT STYLES 30-39: Three letter monogram, up to 3” tall.
