This cultural gallery combines the traditional ornaments of the Karo Batak tribe called PANTIL MANGGIS which is shaped like a picture of a flower petal or there is also a mangosteen fruit and CIMBA LAU which is a cloud that floats in the sky showing a prayer to the creator who gives brightness to their lives. Then there is the implementation of the SIWALUH JABU roof shape which is applied in this gallery design.
Actually, the main shape of this building is very simple where only the cubes are pleated and collected. After that, it will go on a reduction process to give access to the wind to blow through the building. Finally, the concept of building mass is good already and ready for the finalization with a balcony that has a blunt shapes, wind can blow through the building easy.

This building can also function as an office where the target market for this apartment is millennials whose offices are around Sudirman so they can easily get to their workplace. This office can be rented out to companies interested in opening offices in this apartment.
In addition, this apartment also provides various facilities such as cafes for residents to work or relax. Then there is also a lounge area where residents can interact with one another. In terms of health, this apartment also provides a sports center where there is a gym and swimming pool where they can still maintain their health in the midst of their busy work. All of these facilities are provided so that residents can achieve all the needs they need.
