“

After finishing his secondary education in England Hadi moved to North Carolina to attend the business school at University of North Carolina in 1977. With a degree in Management, Hadi launched his real estate career in 1980, and soon was recognized as a top Realtor in the Charlotte metropolitan area. In 1982, Hadi Joined Mark III Financial Services as Vice President of Real Estate. There he grew division sales volume by 150% and added 14 associates within 16 months. While working with several builders and developers, Hadi decided to obtain his General Contractor’s License to better understand that business. Between 1988 and 1994, Hadi was involved in construction and marketing of numerous residential and commercial projects in both Carolinas. In 1994, Hadi joined the Allen Tate Company. There he founded his residential development and construction company, Shance Development. During this time, Hadi was instrumental in the acquisition and development of several properties in the Southpark and Ballantyne areas. Having a vision and passion to create a unique real estate brokerage firm, Hadi opened his first RE/MAX office in 2007. Two years later, he merged his company with RE/MAX Executive, and by 2011 added three additional offices in Mooresville, Concord, and Fort Mill. Today, Hadi focuses on the strategic direction of the RE/MAX Executive organization, while maintaining personal involvement in agent training and coaching. His emphasis is on building a company culture designed to evolve with the demands of sophisticated consumers and tech savvy agents. With over 200 associates in 2013, wand $950 Million in sales volume, RE/MAX Executive is the largest RE/MAX franchise in the Carolinas, and first in average sales volume and units sold per associate in the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.

RE/MAX Executive’s Golf Tournaments have raised over $100,000 for the Children’s Miracle Network RE/MAX has donated over $110,000,000 to the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), supporting over 170 hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. The uniqueness of this feat is twofold. First, 100 percent of the money raised in each community benefits the local participating CMN hospital. In the Charlotte region, this is the Levine Children’s Hospital. Second, the money raised in the RE/MAX system comes from sales associates contributing a portion of their commission income to CMN and fundraisers, such as RE/MAX Executive’s annual “Link Up For Kids” golf tournament. Last year alone, Link Up for Kids netted well over $20,000, all benefitting the Levine Children’s Hospital. All together, RE/MAX Executive has contributed well over $200,000 to CMN, the largest contributor of all RE/MAX companies in both North and South Carolina.
