All models feature an innovative fanless technology that uses convection to maintain a uniform temperature throughout the cabinet. An element under the automatically fed water tray gently warms the water to encourage surface evaporation. The hot, moist air creates the perfect environment for holding Fried or Grilled Chicken.
The Vizu Passthrough range was designed with the economy in mind. The individual flaps reduce heat loss when opening or closing the unit. The fanless design reduces maintenance costs, with no fan to wear out, and the double-skinned fabrication reduces the heat lost to the environment. Add to that the economic power consumption and you have an industrybeating unit that will give years of reliable service.
The 1100 and 700 units feature an integral wrap-stand, giving plenty of storage for packaging and bags. Water can be connected from either side, if mains water is not available then the unit is supplied with a tank that mounts on either the left or right-hand side of the unit. Each flap can sit in the open position while loading or serving reducing operator stress. Hinged at the top, the flaps won’t obstruct neighbouring equipment when open.
The narrowest and also tallest unit in the range, the VI400PTMS, offers six 1/1GN grids, providing 50% of the capacity of the VI1100PTMS in only 35% of the width. Using the third dimension, height, we can provide more effective use of space in locations where the countertop is limited. At over 100 pieces of chicken, it’s big enough for all but the busiest locations. Alternatively, place it in a burger makeup line for quick and easy access to sandwich fillings like fillets, strips and burgers The VI1100PTMS unit can hold over 200 pieces of chicken and the VI700PTMS can easily hold 150 pieces.
