New data from The NPD Group shows that since the start of the pandemic consumers have spent more than £8.2Bn on treating occasions, accounting for 26% of all spending in the 12 months to February 2021, compared to 18% a year earlier

We might be nearly at the end of lockdown now, but you can still take advantage of your customers’ need for treats – and add extra profit to your bottom line by offering tempting sweet treats to your menu.
