The conversion has created 566 studio to four bedroom luxury residences, 47 of which will include terraces with breathtaking views of Manhattan and the New York Harbor. The building will feature an enormous amenities club dubbed ‘The One Club’ that will span 100,000 square feet, including extensive world-class spa facilities, a 39th floor roof terrace, entertainment spaces, a 75 foot pool, and a state-of-the-art Life Time Athletic Lifestyle facility. 174,000 square feet of retail space spread over six floors will sit at the base of the building. The crowning triplex penthouse is expected to measure around 12,000 square feet and is sure to be one of the city’s most prestigious residences. Sales are now live starting from $990,000 and occupancy is slated for spring 2022.
