One of the most anticipated towers in Manhattan has just launched sales, nearly five years after the project topped out. After lengthy delays, construction is nearing completion and listings are now live. Soaring 88 stories above lower Manahattan, ‘The Greenwich’ , designed by the late Rafael Viñoly, is situated just two blocks from One World Trade Center. The Greenwich will introduce 272 homes to the market ranging from studios to three bedrooms, as well as a suite of penthouse residences. Many residences will enjoy panoramic views of the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, and New York City skyline. Asecretive luxury development in the West Village has quietly launched sales for a collection of seven exclusive residences. Located on an iconic intersection of Perry Street and Greenwich Street, 125 Perry is writing its next chapter in a former parking garage that is currently being converted to residential apartments. Details on the project are scarce, however it is known that there will be two townhouse units with private yards and two penthouse units with private roof terraces among the offerings. Residences will range from two to six bedrooms with sizes ranging from 2,264 square feet to 7,700 square feet. There will be a full-time doorman, a private driveway, weight room, and sports court. The luxury project has an impressive projected $245 million sellout and it is reported that three units are already in contract, including a penthouse with an asking price of $57.5 million and a townhouse with an asking price of $32 million.

Rising at the corner of 2nd Avenue and East 25th Street in Kips Bay is Hendrix House. New Empire Corp’s latest Manhattan venture boats a modern architectural design with a rounded northeast corner. The site, located at 428 West 19th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue, was originally used as a parking garage and subsequently an auto repair shop.
