Trust your professionals your wedding vendors have a vision and experience behind their work. listen to their advice but always stay true to your own natural style.
function and purpose comes first when the expenses get added and the purpose of the project doesn’t exactly add up we are left scratching our heads. don’t force a project if it doesn’t fit the budget or the flow of the event. all main elements should serve a purpose first and then they should be perfectly styled to please the eye.
we aren’t perfect don’t have a major meltdown if your project doesn’t look perfect. celebrate the completion of your projects and remember most people won’t even notice your mistakes.
simplify select 3-4 projects that you can tackle over a few months. many brides get overwhelmed (and blow their budgets) because they take on too many handcrafted projects. decide which projects will have the most impact and will make you the happiest. guests will then notice the few projects you have done rather than feeling like they stepped into a pinterest-obsessed wedding.

Supplies Muslin Bags Ink Pad Stamp Directions: Use a notecard to place inside the bag while stamping. This prevents any ink to bleed through to the other side. Cover the stamp in ink and stamp down, holding pressure for 10 seconds. Slowly remove the stamp and let dry overnight.
Window Menu display your menu or schedule of events with a vintage window. we used a chalk pen to display the menu for the evening.
Supplies vintage window Chalk pen Directions: print your desired text on 8 x 10 paper in black ink. tape the paper to the backside of the window. lay the window flat and trace the letters with the chalk pen on the front side of the glass. dry overnight. cover the window during transportation to avoid any smudging.
