Not to be overlooked is the Highlands, an earlier developed area of Woodneath Farms where Brookeview Homes, Cardinal Crest Homes, Olympus Custom Homes and Signature Builders have a total of seven homes complete or under construction. “A limited number of treed homesites remain in the Highlands,” said Cole. “Some have western facing back decks, setting the scene for watching the sunset over the neighboring farm.
