Winterset Valley ... Boulevard of Dreams Announces 2013 Tour After an incredibly busy first half of the year, Winterset Valley, one of the 5 Neighborhoods of Winterset, is gearing up for a record-breaking autumn. Renee Demott, Publisher of Kansas City Homes and Gardens recently announced that Winterset Valley has been selected to host the 2013 Boulevard of Dreams Homes Tour, September 6 through the 15th; three $700,000+ executive homes are under construction on sites backing to Winterset’s “Hundred Acre Wood” and the Cedar Creek Valley. Award winning builders, SAB Construction, Starr Homes and MacDermott Homes, will be showcasing the latest in décor and design. e KCH&G Boulevard of Dreams is held every two years and raises funds for the Love Fund for Children, a non-profit agency improving the quality of life for Kansas City area children in need. Hunt Midwest Residential 15 homes on Fall Parade, 55 others under construction.

Home construction this year in Hunt Midwest Residential communities is at a pace not seen since 2008. Fifteen homes in six Hunt Midwest communities will be on the Fall Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City September 28 through October 13, and more than 55 others are under construction.
