he Triple Play Realtor® Convention & Trade Expo, hosted by NJ Realtors®, New York State Association of Realtors®, and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, was back in 2021 on Dec. 6-9 in Atlantic City.
6,600 ATTENDEES 275 EXHIBIT BOOTHS 44 SPEAKERS MORE THAN 100 SESSIONS NJ REALTORS® 2021 AWARD WINNERS At NJ Realtors® Annual Awards Ceremony held at Triple Play, the Realtor® Emeritus and the 2021 NJ Realtors® Quarter Century Club inductees were announced. Also announced were the 2021 Good Neighbor Award winners, the 2021 Realtor-Associate® of the Year winners, and the 2021 Realtor® of the Year recipients. Congratulations to 2021 NJ Realtors® Good Neighbor Award first-place winner Karen DeMarco for her work with The Food Brigade; second place winner Jane MacNeil for her work with Turn the Town Teal; and third place winner Alka Aneja for her work with Humbled By Your Service. NJ Realtors® was proud to announce Frances Blakely, CRS, PSA, AHWD, C2EX, as 2021 Realtor® of the Year, and Teresa Barba, ABR, SRS, CRS, as 2021 Realtor-Associate® of the Year. They were selected from the pool of local board and association Realtors® and Realtor-Associates® of the Year. “With more than 63,000 Realtors® in New Jersey, the pool of applicants for this year’s awards was extraordinary,” said 2022 NJ Realtors® President Robert White.
