The CORE Association of Realtors® celebrated their centennial this year. They were founded just three years after the state association in 1921 when there were more renters than homeowners in New Jersey. Originally known as the Trenton Real Estate Board, they helped advocate for real estate license laws in New Jersey, which passed just two months after they were established. Congratulations CORE!
