Don't be an empty fig tree that appears to be fruitful .
BE FRUITFUL.."The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it." (Mark 11:12-14) In this passage, Jesus curses a fig tree when he finds no fruit on it.Jesus sees a leafy fig tree. Mark emphasizes that this tree is “in leaf” and that Jesus “found nothing but leaves.” The tree has the appearance of fruitfulness, but it is not bearing any fruit. Why? Because, as Mark says, “it was not the season for figs” (11:13).The fig tree has the appearance of fruitfulness, but none of the real fruit. Just compare the fig tree to your life.Are you bearing Good fruits for JESUS??? (But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23)
Be a person who produce good fruits for Jesus..Be an example for others.Let others know Jesus through you..

DAILY DEVOTIONAL Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8 What is it that you want God to do for you, for your family, for your finances, in your physical body today? Whatever it is, no matter how impossible others declare it to be, regardless of whether or not you think it can be done, ask Him to do exactly what you’re looking for. In Jesus’ name, ask that whatever mountain needs to be moved will be moved. Ask that whatever door needs to be opened will be opened. Ask that whatever crooked way needs to be straight will be made straight. Read Jesus’ words in today’s Scripture out loud and believe His promise. Every hindrance can be broken, and every chain of bondage can be destroyed by Him who sets us free. Those who are without hope can be filled with hope by the God of all hope. Families that are broken can be restored by our great Redeemer. Weak bodies can be strengthened and diseases healed by His healing touch. New business opportunities can be opened and favor rest upon you. You can be blessed in your going out and in your coming in from this day forward. So ask Him now and receive! Blessing: Father, I’m asking You for every person living in the land of not enough. As they honor the Lord God with their living and their giving, that You will take them to the promised land of more than enough. They’re Your children, and You want to give them the very best. And I ask you, Father, to pour upon them the blessings of Abraham. I’m asking You, Father, to release Your anointing on their finances, to remove the burden of debt, and break the yoke of need because it is the destiny of a child of God to live in abundance in Jesus’ name, Amen. DON’T FORGET TO SMILE
A little girl walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trek to the elementary school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child. Following the roar of thunder, lightning, like a flaming sword, would cut through the sky. Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her car and drove along the route to her child’s school. As she did so, she saw her little girl walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly and with each the little girl would look at the streak of light and smile. When the mother’s car drove up beside the child she lowered the window and called to her. “What are you doing? Why do you keep stopping?” The child answered, “I am trying to look pretty, God keeps taking my picture.” May God bless you today as you face the storms that come your way.
