Well-planned, great value holidays… …and so much more! When you choose Newmarket Holidays, you can be assured of the things that make your holiday special – great value, service, choice and quality. Our award-winning escorted tours include good quality accommodation, comfortable coach travel from your local area, guided tours and excursions, and the services of a friendly, professional tour manager, who will bring to life the places visited.
Comfortable coach travel & local pick-up points
All our well-planned itineraries and carefully selected excursions are tailored to ensure that you enjoy plenty of time visiting and exploring cities and sights that have always interested you. We also go that little bit further to give you access to events and shows that are harder to arrange on your own, such as the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo or the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
For your convenience, our coach holidays depart from nearly 400 local pick-up points. You will travel on modern, comfortable vehicles with our friendly tour managers and experienced drivers who always like to go the extra mile to ensure you have a holiday to remember.
Hotels – carefully chosen for you Newmarket Holidays chooses hotels that offer consistent standards of comfort and service regardless of the length of your stay. On most holidays you will stay in a three-star or equivalent hotel offering the facilities and service you would expect of such a hotel. And if you treat yourself to one of our four-star tours, your hotel will have superior facilities and often feature a leisure centre. On longer breaks and those based in seaside resorts, most of the hotels we use are family owned and managed, and the emphasis is very much on friendly, personal service. For example, the manager may well come out and greet the coach when it arrives. Evening entertainment in the hotel is often laid on. If a holiday is on a bed and breakfast basis, rest assured that the hotels we choose always have a restaurant and bar on site or nearby.
Enjoy a warm welcome at our carefully chosen hotels

The Woolpack
The Woolpack set
Emmerdale Village & Studio Experience
Two days from
£189.00 per person
Lights! Camera! Action! Here’s an Emmerdale experience that’s not to be missed. As well as enjoying the Emmerdale Village Tour, a guided walking tour of the outdoor filming set, you’ll also visit the Emmerdale Studio Experience taking you behind the magic with an insight into the world of costumes, make-up, lighting and special effects! Day One Leaving the local area this morning we travel to Esholt, the original ‘Emmerdale village’ used on the TV series between 1976 and 1998 until its popularity attracted so much interest that filming here became impossible. We’ll make a stop at the famous ‘Woolpack’ pub where there’ll be a chance to go inside and enjoy a drink (payable locally) before we continue to your hotel, arriving in good time for dinner.
After time for lunch (payable locally) we re-board the coach to head to ‘Emmerdale Village - the Tour’. First broadcast in 1972, the production of Emmerdale moved to its current setting, a purpose-built set on the Harewood Estate in 1998, tucked away in the midst of country lanes. Today, you’ll ‘tread the tarmac’ during a 90-minute fully guided walking tour with an Emmerdale expert who will really bring it to life. See where, and hear how, some of the most iconic and memorable moments from the series were filmed, with a chance to peek into the Vet’s Surgery, Smithy Cottage and the Dingles’ Garage, as well as the opportunity to walk through the Parish Church.
Day Two After a buffet breakfast this morning, it’s off to central Leeds for our visit to the Emmerdale Studio Experience. Enjoy this fascinating insight into one of Britain’s most iconic TV shows as your Emmerdale guide walks you through the secrets of past story-lines as you discover the world of costumes and makeup; editing and lighting.
There’ll be time to enjoy photo opportunities before leaving the set to begin your journey home. You should arrive back in your local area during the mid to late evening, depending on the traffic and distance to be travelled after what promises to be a really memorable visit!
See interior sets such as Bernice’s Salon and The Dingles’ and don’t miss the chance to experience what it’s like to act out a scene, in Smithy Cottage! There’ll be unique displays showcasing some of the show’s props and memorabilia, and interactive elements will show you some of the techniques used to create the special effects in iconic scenes such as the helicopter crash that devastated Pete and Debbie’s wedding, and the flooding of The Woolpack cellar where Chas, Debbie and Marlon finally managed to kill off the villain Cameron Murray.
The price includes: • Visit to the outdoor ‘Emmerdale Village - The Tour’ filming set, including a 90-minute guided walking tour • Admission to the indoor ‘Emmerdale Studio Experience’ complete with an 80-minute guided tour • Visit to the famous ‘Woolpack’ pub in Esholt • One night’s dinner, bed and buffet breakfast accommodation in a threestar standard hotel in the Leeds/ Bradford area • Coach travel throughout • The services of a friendly tour manager Single Supplement: £25.00 Please Note: ITV reserves the right to cancel access to the live filming set at any time in the unlikely event that pre-scheduled filming overruns.

China’s First Emperor & the Terracotta Warriors See the blockbuster China’s First Emperor and the Terracotta Warriors exhibition in Liverpool in 2018. Taking place at World Museum, the exhibition showcases more than 180 spectacular artefacts, including ten life-size figures from the First Emperor’s burial pit, featuring one horse, from museums across Shaanxi Province – more than half of which have never been on show in the UK before. For more than 2,000 years, an underground army of life-sized terracotta warriors secretly guarded the tomb of China’s First Emperor, Qin Shi Huang, until a chance discovery in 1974 unlocked the mysteries of a vanished empire. Showcasing incredible finds from one of the world’s greatest archaeological discoveries, this unmissable exhibition spans almost 1,000 years of Chinese history; from the conflicts and chaos of the Warring States Period to the legacy and achievements of the Qin and Han Dynasties. This exhibition is organised by National Museums Liverpool, United Kingdom and the Shaanxi Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau and Shaanxi History Museum (Shaanxi Cultural Heritage Promotion Centre), People’s Republic of China.

Day Three Today’s highlight is our visit to the climate-controlled sanctuary of the everchanging Eden Project. We include a 20-minute introductory talk on arrival giving you an insight into the history of Eden and its amazing plants – within its majestic ‘Humid Tropics’ and ‘Warm Temperate’ Biomes you’ll find recreations of ecosystems unlike anything you might encounter in the UK, from mighty rainforests to African savannah! You’ll also enjoy a scenic journey across the Dartmoor National Park, its craggy landscape home to the famous Dartmoor ponies.
Day Two After breakfast, sit back, relax, and enjoy our 90-minute scenic journey through the beautiful Cornish countryside as we travel to the “Lost Gardens of Heligan” with your tour manager on hand giving the background that has made these historic gardens what they are today. You’ll have plenty of time to explore the exotic fruit houses, the Italian Garden and grotto, the 30-acre ‘Lost Valley’ and the subtropical ‘Jungle’ garden of this constantly evolving project, before you return to Torquay in time for dinner.
Day Four We take our leave of Torquay this morning and head to the smallest city in England – Wells. With its ancient cathedral framed by over 300 statues and carvings, its unique moated Bishop’s Palace and what is said to be the oldest complete medieval street in Europe, Wells is a hidden gem nestled in the Mendip Hills. After the chance for lunch we’ll continue home, arriving back in your local area by mid-to-late evening.

FURTHER INFORMATION
You and Your Holiday Your Financial Protection Your holiday and your money are fully protected when you book with Newmarket Holidays. In line with the EC Directive on Package Travel, Newmarket Holidays, part of Newmarket Holidays Limited, offers complete financial protection for all customers through our ABTA bond.
Travel Insurance Appropriate cover is a requirement on a European Newmarket Holiday. You don’t need to purchase your travel insurance from us but if you would like further information on Newmarket Holidays’ insurance policy, please see the information below.
Customers with Health Concerns So that we can advise you of any accessibility issues, it is essential that you let us have details of any special requests you may have at the time of booking. Where tours are unsuitable for people with certain medical conditions, this is highlighted. No inoculations are required for travel within Europe and standards of health care are good or excellent at all our destinations. Our Tour Managers will be able to advise you on other health matters such as the standard of the tap water.
Your Hotel Demand for our holidays can exceed expectations, in which case we will allocate you a hotel of a similar standard to the advertised hotel. You will be informed of this change in advance of your holiday with your Final Travel Details. It will not change any other element of your holiday. Where an
alternative hotel does not have a recognised “star” rating, our own product managers have satisfied themselves that it is of the same standard as the advertised hotel.
Passports & Visas You will need a full 10-year British Passport (valid a further 3 months on return to the U.K.) for all European holidays including air or sea travel. Children require their own passport, if not already included on their parent/guardian’s passport. Holders of non-British Passports may need a visa. If you are in any doubt, please contact the embassies of the countries you are visiting, as we cannot accept liability if you are refused entry because of invalid documents.
Optional Excursions All our optional excursions are subject to a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not reached and the tour is cancelled, your payment will be returned in full. Cancellation may take place whilst you are already on your holiday. This is because some people like to wait until they are in resort before booking their excursions and this often increases the numbers. If minimum numbers are still not met, your Tour Manager will inform you as soon as possible.
Your Itinerary We endeavour to follow the itinerary advertised in this brochure although there are occasions when due to circumstances out of our control, we may have to change the order in which the itinerary is operated, or our day-by-day activities. On the rare
occasion this happens our Tour Managers will keep you fully informed, and where possible provide suitable alternatives.
Special Note on Rail Breaks Unless a train journey is specifically described as being steam-hauled, all rail journeys are on scheduled services using diesel-powered engines. Where a steam-hauled rail journey is included, rail operators reserve the right to replace the steam engine with a diesel locomotive in the unlikely event of the former breaking down.
Brochure Details All information in this brochure was correct at time of going to print and any errors are unintentional. The availability of some services, facilities and attractions may vary due to circumstances out of our control such as poor weather conditions, lack of demand and breakdowns. We cannot predict these things in advance, and do not accept liability if things are not open or available, although we will do our best to provide alternatives.
Your Final Travel Details Approximately 7-10 days before departure you will receive a set of Final Travel Details and a final Itinerary. These will include details of where and when you will be picked up, confirm your hotel and tell you anything else you need to know before you travel.
Call Costs All calls to our 0330 telephone numbers are charged at standard local rate.
Travel Insurance Peace of Mind Travel insurance can play an essential part in ensuring you are able to enjoy every moment of your time on holiday, without worrying what might happen should bad luck befall you. Hence, we insist that everyone travelling abroad with Newmarket has travel insurance. This must be either the Newmarket Travel Insurance policy underwritten underwritten by AWP P&C SA and administered in the UK by Allianz Global Assistance, or an alternative travel insurance policy. The Newmarket travel insurance policy is only available to UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man residents and English law will apply.

The cost of the Excess Waiver Insurance is £10.00 for each person aged 2 or over at the date of travel. All premiums are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax at the current rate. You must pay all applicable premiums at the time of booking and cover starts from the moment we receive these monies. If you are travelling abroad with us, we will automatically add the cost of the policy to your invoice if, at the time of booking, you do not provide us with the required information about an alternative policy. The cost of our travel insurance policy is slightly higher for customers aged 70-79, and for those over 80. Please see online or call us for exact prices.
Cancellation Rights If your cover does not meet your requirements, please return the documentation within 14 days of receipt and your premium will be refunded in full unless you have travelled made a claim or intend to make a claim.

Please read carefully
We want you to enjoy every minute of your break or longer holiday with us, and we’ll do our very best to try to ensure that it lives up to your expectations of it. We believe that our 30 years of tour operating experience, together with the reputation we have for quality and value, should give you the confidence to book with us. To give you further peace of mind, we accept your booking on the basis of our Terms and Conditions, which are designed to clarify the contractual obligations between us. Please spend some time reading them carefully, and please feel free to contact us should anything be unclear.
Your contract with us Your Booking
Your booking, once accepted and confirmed in writing to you, represents a contract between all persons named on the Booking, and/or the Personal Details booking page, and/or on the Confirmation of Reservation, and Newmarket Holidays Limited (The Company). The contract is based on the information given at the time of booking, and the terms laid out in the following Booking Conditions. This agreement is governed by English Law and jurisdiction is conferred on the Courts of England and Wales only unless, in the case of Court proceedings, you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. In this case, proceedings must either be brought in the Courts of your home country or those of England and Wales. If proceedings are brought in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may choose to have your contract and claim governed by the law of Scotland/Northern Ireland as applicable (but if you do not so choose, English law will apply). We do not accept bookings from any unaccompanied passengers under the age of 18.
Your Payment
Your Confirmation of Reservation includes an invoice showing the deposit paid and the final balance due. The outstanding amount must be paid by the due date. Should we not receive payment by this date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay cancellation charges according to the scale set out in paragraph 4 below. N.B. 1: The person making the booking does so on behalf of all persons named on it, and he/she becomes directly responsible to the Company for the payment of the total holiday price and if applicable, and where appropriate, for the cancellation charges and disbursements of any funds.
Your Alterations
If you want to change any of the details of your booking, we will always do our best to help. We will however make an amendment charge of £10 per person on coach bookings,(maximum £40 per Personal Details booking page per amendment) £110 per person for ocean cruise bookings as a contribution to our administrative expenses. A change of the name of a passenger after the balance payment date is charged at 25% of the total cruise fare on all ocean and world cruises. All amendments must be notified to us in writing, by telephone or by e-mail to info@newmarketholidays.co.uk, by the person who made the original booking. Only one change of name is permitted per booking. N.B. 2: If an amendment involves a change of name, insurance premiums are not transferable. We reserve the right to make additional charges to cover in full any additional costs imposed on us by our suppliers.
Your Cancellation
You may cancel your booking or part of it once it has been confirmed but the cancellation will only be valid if made in writing direct to the Company or by telephone to our Customer Service team and having answered the security questions. If the cancellation results in a person travelling alone, a single room supplement is payable. The amount payable on cancellation depends upon when we receive your written instructions - the more notice you give, the less we will charge. The different periods before departure date within which written instructions are received by Newmarket Holidays Ltd. and amounts of cancellation charged in each period (shown as a percentage of the total holiday price excluding insurance premium which is not refundable) are as follows: Charge prior to “Balance Due” date* Deposit only “Balance Due” date - 22 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 30% or deposit if greater 21 - 15 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 45% or deposit if greater 14 - 2 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 60% less than 48 hours prior/after departure . . . . . . 100% Charges for Ocean Cruises More than 90 days prior to sailing . . . . . . . . . . . . . . deposit only 71 - 89 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 30% or deposit if greater 50 - 70 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50% or deposit if greater 29-49 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 75% or deposit if greater 28 days or less . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 100% N.B. 3: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Dates of your holiday may be changed, prior to the due date of the balance, only once and this will incur a fee. Further alteration of dates cannot be accommodated and will result in the cancellation of your holiday. * See “Your Payment” above.
Your Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have problems whilst on holiday, you must report the matter to the hotel or our representative immediately during your holiday. If the matter is not then satisfactorily resolved, you must complete a written report (form available from our representative). You must then follow up any complaint in writing within fourteen days of your return, including a copy of the original report form. We operate a strict code of conduct which also conforms to European regulations on package travel and take any complaints received seriously. A failure to follow the procedure outlined will affect the outcome of the complaint and any possible compensation.
Important Information Booking
It is extremely important that you provide clear, correct information when Booking, for it is from this information that we make your reservation and our contract with you. The person to whom all correspondence, invoices and joining instructions are to be sent, should be entered as the first name. It is also their address and telephone number(s) that should be given. Other names are required by airlines, insurance companies, hoteliers etc., so please be accurate. For foreign holidays it is essential that these names match those on the passports. If any member of your party e.g. newly weds, changes their name between booking this holiday and travelling, it is important to provide us with this information so that we can issue the tickets in the new name. If there is not time to amend the passport the marriage certificate should be carried in the passport. We need to know the number of children under 2, and those between the ages of 2 and 16 who may qualify for a 10% discount if they are sharing a room with 2 adults where a specific child price is not shown. We do not accept bookings from any unaccompanied passengers under the age of 18.
Your Journey
The Coach Companies we use have been selected to be relied upon to provide modern, comfortable coaches and careful, considerate drivers. On some holidays it may be that your journey commences on a feeder coach, before you join the main coach, and feeder coaches are often not of the same standard or size. Whilst the coaches on UK holidays will be of a high standard, they may not have all the facilities of a continental coach. We plan the seating arrangements close to departure date to ensure that families, friends and
Your Travelling Conditions
Where as part of the holiday you have booked your travel by air, land or sea, such travel will be subject to the terms and conditions of carriage of the airline, shipping, rail or coach company providing the transport. In most cases, the conditions will limit the carrier’s liability to you in accordance with international law. Should anyone be refused admission to the coach, ferry or flight, or to the destination country by the transport or government authority, then we are powerless to assist and cannot be held responsible. This includes any passenger who fails to advise us of any medical condition or disability. If you are prevented from travelling as a result, our responsibility for your holiday thereupon ceases. Full cancellation charges will apply and we will be under no obligation whatsoever for any refund, compensation or loss you may incur.
Our contract with you
Our Confirmation Of Reservation
When we have received your booking and deposit we will send you a Confirmation of Reservation which details exactly what is booked for you. From this moment Newmarket Holidays Ltd has accepted your booking on the terms set out in this Contract.
The Price of Your Holiday
Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, duties, taxes or fees chargeable for services and exchange rates, mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. However there will be no change within 30 days of your departure. We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase equivalent to 2% of the price of your travel arrangements, which excludes insurance premiums and any amendment charges. You will be charged for the amount over and above that. If this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 10% of the price of your travel arrangements, you will have the option of accepting a change to another holiday if we are able to offer one (if this is of equivalent or higher quality you will not have to pay more but if it is of lower quality you will be refunded the difference in price), or cancelling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid, except for any amendment charges. Should the price of your holiday go down due to the changes mentioned above, by more than 2% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you. However, please note that travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency and some apparent changes have no impact on the price of your travel due to contractual and other protection in place. The costs of your holiday have been converted into GBP using the exchange rate: EUR 1.1750
System Errors
We try hard to ensure that advertised prices are up to date, and reflect the price you will pay when you book. However, prices can change and errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change and correct advertised prices at any time before your booking is confirmed. In the event of your Confirmation of Reservation showing an incorrect price for your holiday, the price that will prevail is the price shown in our offline reservation system. Accordingly you may not seek to rely on system errors with a view to obtaining a holiday at less than the correct price, and any contract entered into upon a mistake, such as a wrong costing due to system errors, is not valid or binding.
Our Alterations
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday but we do plan your holiday arrangements many months in advance. Occasionally changes may be made, which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. A major change is one that we make to your holiday arrangements before departure that involves changing your resort area, or time of departure or return by more than twelve hours, or offering accommodation with a lower official classification than that advertised (except the latter in the case of en route tour hotels). If a major change becomes necessary we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible if there is time before your departure. When a major change occurs you will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing another available holiday from us (we will refund any price difference if alternative is of lower value), or cancelling your holiday and receiving a full refund of all monies paid. When a major change occurs, provided it does not arise from circumstances amounting to force majeure (see below), we will pay compensation as detailed below, based on how far ahead of departure the change is advised: Charge 15 - 28 days . . . . . . . . . . £10 0 - 14 days . . . . . . . . . . . . . £25 N.B. 4: We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport.
Our Cancellations
We reserve the right in any circumstances (including failure to reach sufficient numbers) to cancel your holiday and in this event we will return to you all money you have paid to us or will offer you an alternative, available holiday to purchase of comparable standard. In no case, except for reasons of war etc, (see N.B. 4, above) will your holiday be cancelled after the date when your final balance becomes due.
Our Complaints Procedure
under a special Scheme which, though devised by arrangement with the Association of British Travel Agents, is administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The Scheme (details of which will be supplied on request) provides for a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on the customer in respect of costs. The Scheme does not apply to claims for an amount greater than £5,000 per person. There is also a limit of £25,000 per booking. Neither does it apply to claims which are solely or mainly in respect of physical injury or illness or the consequences of such injury or illness. Redress under this Scheme requires written notice requesting arbitration to be made within nine months of scheduled date of return from the holiday.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking Conditions
Our Responsibility for your holiday
Overseas Holidays (a) A lthough we have no direct control over services provided to you by independent suppliers we accept responsibility for the reasonable standard of the holiday which you book. If any part is not provided as promised, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday, except where the failure is unforeseeable or unavoidable. (b) We accept responsibility if you or any person named on the booking suffers bodily injury, illness or death due to the negligent acts and/ or omissions of: (i) our employees or agents; or (ii) our suppliers or sub-contractors, servants or agents whilst acting within the scope or in the course of their employment to provide any service or arrangement forming part of the holiday that you have booked with us save that we do not accept responsibility for any air or sea carriers whose liabilities are limited by the relevant International Conventions. Any such claims will be subject to and dealt with in accordance with English Law, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales only unless, in the case of Court proceedings, you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. (c) W e shall give you assistance in the event that you suffer illness, personal injury or death during the period of your holiday overseas arising out of an activity which does not form part either of the holiday arrangement with us or an excursion offered through us. This assistance will include advice and guidance and, at our discretion and where appropriate, financial assistance subject to our spending a maximum amount in this regard on behalf of yourself and any other person named in the booking of £5,000 in total. (d) I n the event of a claim under this clause against us by you or any person named on the booking we reserve the right to claim in your place against the person or corporation responsible for the act, default or omission giving rise to the claim and you hereby agree to assign to us all your rights under this clause and we will be subrogated to those rights and you hereby agree to assist us fully in the event that we enforce the rights which have been assigned to us or to which we are subrogated. (e) W e take the safety and security of our clients extremely seriously. If the Foreign Office advises that people should not visit a particular country, then we would act on this. However, we are sure you appreciate from press and television coverage that the political, economic and social conditions in many countries are not as stable as we are used to. Sadly crimes against both people and their property are a fact of life the world over, and when in a foreign county it is very important to be extra vigilant and avoid drawing attention to yourself by wearing expensive jewellery, carrying expensive camera equipment etc. Travellers have the same responsibility for their personal safety and that of their possessions, as they do at home. As situations in countries can change rapidly, we would suggest you may wish to visit the Foreign Office Travel Advice website at www.gov.uk/ foreign-travel-advice for up to date information and advice regarding safety BEFORE BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. Newmarket Holidays Ltd operate to many parts of the world, some of which do not conform to British health and safety standards. We request that all our hotels comply with the local regulations applicable in their country for health and safety but we cannot guarantee that these meet British standards. UK Holidays We accept responsibility for ensuring that all component parts of this holiday are supplied to you as described in this brochure and to a reasonable standard. If any such part is not provided in the advertised manner, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected your enjoyment of your holiday.
Travel Insurance
Because of the importance of having adequate insurance cover we make it a condition of booking on all foreign holidays that you are covered by an insurance policy. If you elect not to take our insurance, you agree to indemnify Newmarket Holidays Ltd. for any costs that arise which would otherwise have been met had Newmarket Holidays Ltd insurance been taken. Please note that, if you take out our insurance, certain claims will be subject to an excess charge and that your insurance premium will be dependent on your date of birth. We have no liability for any loss or damage to luggage inflight or in transit. Any claims of this nature should be referred directly to your insurer.
Newmarket Holidays Ltd is a Member of ABTA with membership number V7812. ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. For further information about ABTA, the Code of Conduct and the arbitration scheme available to you if you have a complaint, contact ABTA, 30 Park Street, London SE1 9EQ Tel: 0901 201 5050 or www.abta.com. We can normally agree an amicable settlement of the few complaints we receive. However, if we cannot agree, disputes arising out of, or in connection with this Contract may (if the customer so wishes) be referred to arbitration

circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will do our utmost to help you and keep you fully informed. In the event of extended overnight delays, depending upon circumstances, we will endeavour to provide accommodation. In the case of a major delay to your homeward journey, we shall endeavour to delay the departure from your hotel.
Pick-Up Points & Times
When making the Booking you will have to select your pick-up point. We will show this on your Confirmation Invoice. Please check to ensure it is correct. All pick-up points are subject to a minimum number of passengers. In the unlikely event that there are insufficient passengers booked at your chosen pick-up you will be asked to make your way to the next nearest available pick-up. The time of pick-up will be advised approximately 7 days before departure. Should you need to change your pick-up point this must be notified to us prior to this. You must not assume that you can just go to another point, for the coach may not need to call at all points listed. Please be on time as we cannot be responsible or liable for any loss or expense suffered. On the return journey you will be disembarked at the pick up we collected you from.Your Tour Manager will endeavour to give an estimated time of arrival at each point, prior to the last transit/comfort stop. This will enable you to telephone taxis or friends who may be meeting you. Our homebound drop offs are scheduled in reverse order of the pick ups. Because of the inconvenience and delays caused to other passengers our Tour Managers are unable to accept requests to be dropped off at additional points. In the extremely unlikely event of your not receiving final joining instructions detailing the exact time and place of your pick up, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to departure.
