How to be a great neighbour During the warmer months, it’s common to see our neighbours out and about enjoying the weather and working in the yard. An easy way to annoy those around you is to make noise early in the morning or late at night. Resist the urge and wait until a polite time of day to mow, pressure wash or leaf blow.
