CHEMICALS & REAGENTS/WASTE MANAGEMENT
A complete ATP cleaning verification system Hygiena’s EnSURE Touch is an advanced cleaning verification and monitoring system to quickly and efficiently test surfaces to quantify your cleaning outcomes and reduce infection risk. EnSURE Touch collects, analyses and reports data from multiple quality tests to provide the sanitation data and verification you need for multi-location supply chain monitoring, audit and risk management, and recall prevention. It is ideal for the food and beverage manufacturing, healthcare, food service and hospitality industries.
it to be used for multiple cleaning verification and infection prevention tests. Minimal size, maximum durability EnSURE Touch is small in size, sleek, yet durable. The rugged design keeps the system safe in the harshest environments. For extra protection, every system comes with a complimentary carrying case and shoulder strap for hands-free transportation to test locations in your facility.
Smart design features EnSURE Touch's shatter-proof touchscreen design puts all the functionality and features of Hygiena's ATP monitoring systems at your fingertips. Functioning just like a smartphone, one can easily navigate through locations, plans, users and settings with just a few touches, even while wearing gloves. Advanced Photodiode (PD) sensor technology provides superior sensitivity and stability. Wi-Fi capability allows results to easily sync to cloud-based software. Everything you need to quantify clean Ensure Touch is not just an ATP meter, it is the centrepiece of a complete environmental monitoring solution. Its compatibility with Hygiena Indicator Organism and Enzyme test devices allows
Flow meter for very small quantities Even extremely small quantities of low viscosity and translucent fluids can be reliably measured and monitored with an impeller flow meter. INSTROTECH is offering Kobold’s flow meter DPL, specifically designed to measure and monitor liquids. Its compact design is perfect for use in equipment where space is at a premium. Made of high-grade plastic, DPL has a very low wear-rate, as the rotations of the sapphire-mounted impeller are sensed without contact by optoelectronics working with infrared light. The connection to the process can be made with hose sleeves or ½" connection threads. With an Enclosure Class of IP 65, the DPL flow meters are ideally designed for rough industrial use on site. There is also a choice of five different measurement ranges from 0.025 - 0.5 L/min up to 1 - 25 L/min. DPL’s significant characteristics: • Linearity: ± 1 % • Pressure max: 10 bar; Temp max: 70°C • Viscosity range: low viscous • Connection: G ½ male, hose connector • Material of case: PP • Output: pulse

DPL finds application in machinery and plant building, the flow meters are ideal for monitoring or dosing problematic (even non-conductive) media such as distilled water, fuel, alcohol, or special chemical compounds. Also, in low-viscosity liquids, non-conductive liquids, volume dosing with external electronics, filter aid and the beverage industry. There is a choice of different frequency or analog outputs for measurements. Additional evaluating electronics with analog or digital display or switching outputs round off this comprehensive range.
