he private game reserve is set in almost 2 000 hectares of bush, open plains and a variety of interesting koppies. It is home to lion, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, zebra, and giraffe as well as a large variety of antelope. Birdlife is prolific, with Monate Game Lodge being only 10 km from the Nylsvlei Reserve (a RAMSAR site), which is home to 46% of southern Africa’s bird species. Memorable meals are served in a variety of locations such as a natural cave or the Bush Boma.

Description of Venue: Situated only 160km north of Pretoria, close to Modimolle, lies Monate Game Lodge, which offers a state of the art conference centre – situated close to the lodge.
