Top left: A new reception area was created in an intermediate lobby, integrating it with the rest of the office space and creating a welcoming space for visitors. Top right and bottom right: The upstairs legal and financial departments, along with the director’s offices, present a more standard corporate look and feel than the ‘industrial chic’ look in the more public areas. Right: A demountable glass partitioning system, that the tenant had begun using in their previous offices, was incorporated into the project, introducing a light and open feel. Bottom left: Lighting by local design studio GOET was used in the main stairwell.
