Internationally tested & certified, Alubond fire rated panels can provide up to a 3 hour fire rating with the use of Alubond FR-A2 ACP in conjunction with the certified substrate system. A 1hr42min firerating can also be achieved when using Alubond Euroclass B panels.

Fabricators or façade contractors are able to bend ACP sheets easily with the use of specialised machinery to form curves and other shapes in accordance with the building design requirements. Custom perforated patterns are becoming increasingly popular and add another facet to the design of a façade. The aluminium material is easy to maintain and provides a neat aesthetic, unlike paint, which tends to fade or peel. The negative effects of extreme climatic conditions on ACP are miniscule. Fabrication and installation is easy and needs very few basic tools.
