Easy Digest ™ is a herb and mineral tablet. Mallow, ginger and artichoke help maintain regular bowel function and digestion. Calcium contributes to digestive enzymes’ normal functions. There are many factors that can affect your digestive enzymes’ function, bowel function and digestion.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE

Take 6-10 capsules in the morning and evening in combination with a meal or a glass of water. Sambucus nigra better known as elderberry grows in a variety of conditions including both wet and dry fertile soils, primarily in sunny locations. Both the flowers and the berries have a long tradition of culinary use, commonly used in food supplements. Flowerheads are often used in infusions. At New Nordic the dark blue/purple berries are extracted to form a powder extract to be used in our supplements. The result of this extract is an amazing vibrant maroon colour powder.
