The mucous membranes are the membranes that cover many of the internal surfaces of the body. The mucous membranes are found in the genitals, eyes, nose, ears, mouth and digestive system, as well as around the body’s internal organs such as the bladder, lungs and kidneys. Good, well-functioning mucous membranes are important for good well-being. The Intim Comfort ™ tablet is based on a combination extract of sea buckthorn, red elm bark and propolis. The tablet’s niacin content contributes to maintaining normal mucous membranes. Red elm bark is a source of mucilage which supports the mucous membranes.

Recommended Daily Dose

Take 2 tablets daily in combination with a meal or a glass of water. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet, and should not be a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Caution: Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies.
