Sharon Kennedy • From Cincinnati, Ohio, where she was born • Earned her undergraduate degree in social work from the University of Cincinnati and her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law • Began her career as a police officer at the Hamilton Police Department • Served as administrative judge at the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division • Has served on the Ohio Supreme Court since 2012 • Received the American Veterans (AMVETS) Department of Ohio 2018 Past Department Commanders’ Civil Servant of the Year Award

John O’Donnell • Born in Euclid, Ohio, and currently lives in Lakewood, Ohio • Earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law • Currently serves on the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, where he was first elected in 2002, and then again in 2006 and 2012 • Appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court in 2008 to be a trial court judge presiding over a commercial docket devoted strictly to business litigation • Worked on more than 2,000 commercial cases and is the author of more than 100 judicial opinions

Judi French, the incumbent candidate, has occupied her Supreme Court seat since 2013. Before joining the court, she served as a judge for the 10th District Court of Appeals. French is a supporter of Ohio Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor’s call for criminal justice reform. As an Ohio assistant attorney general, she argued before the U.S. Supreme Court that using tax dollars to send students to private and religious schools is constitutional.

Jennifer Brunner currently serves as a judge of the 10th District Court of Appeals. She previously served as the secretary of state of Ohio from 2007 to 2011. Brunner supports Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor’s criminal justice reforms and has worked with election law before.

Stacy Brooks • Lives in Chillicothe, Ohio, where her husband, Luke Feeney, is the mayor • Graduated from Xavier University • Earned a master’s degree at the College of Charleston, South Carolina and a law degree from Vermont Law School • Works as a solicitor for the Village of Beaver and practices as an attorney at a small law firm in Waverly, Ohio • Served as a staff attorney with Southeastern Ohio Legal Services • Endorsed by Athens County Democratic Party, Lawrence County Democratic Party, Adams County Democratic Party, Ohio AFL-CIO

Kristy Wilkin • Incumbent, currently judge on the Fourth District Court of Appeals • Lives in Highland County • Graduate from Xavier University and Ohio Northern University Law School • Served as a general practitioner for 14 years at Peelle Law Office Co., LPA • Was appointed to the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals by Gov. Mike DeWine on July 27, 2020, to fill the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Matthew McFarland • Endorsed by U.S. Rep. Steve Stivers, Rep.
