Meet Randy Olsen WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO NEWPORT? I was a partner in an Aerospace Manufacturing business that made flight critical parts for large aircrafts. One day in 2000, a large corporation walked in our door and offered to buy the business. I suddenly found myself able to move wherever I liked. My wife insisted she needed to be near the ocean. I wanted large trees and wooded paths. So, we set out to work our way up the Coast until we landed in Newport. Instantly, we knew we had found our home. Newport is a “living town”. A place where people work, get to know each other, make friends, and feel at home. I can no longer imagine living anywhere else. HOW DID YOU GET STARTED? I’ve always been interested in real estate and enjoyed working with realtors in my private life. After the Aerospace Manufacturing

business sold, I found myself looking for the next step and getting my real estate license seemed like the perfect fit. HOW LING HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS? 4 years.
