A Musical Journey Back in Time

The perfect end to a day at the Fair starts with Past Forward and its music worth repeating from the 1920s to 1960s. Then get ready for a musical and historical treat from Jimmie Ray & Cyndi Cantrell and Black Track Train – A Tribute to Johnny Cash. Live the legend again… or for the first time! This multi-media production takes audiences through six decades of Johnny’s career, covering many of his hits as well as some lesser known songs that bring this autobiographical concert to life. The audience will not only enjoy the songs but also get a feeling for what the songs meant to Johnny at the time he wrote and sang them. This show doesn’t stop with Johnny Cash! No, the addition of Cyndi Cantrell as June Cash brings to life this legend with music from all six decades of their careers. Add in the top-notch musicians in their Black Train (aka Ring of Fire) Band and you have an evening filled with fun, memories and music that will send you home humming and wishing it didn’t have to end!

THANK YOU! It takes a village to raise a child and an army to create a County Fair! We owe a huge debt of gratitude for the contributions of so many who have donated their time and efforts to make this year’s event possible. We have done our best to list everyone who’s helped out and we apologize in advance for those we have surely forgotten. It is not for lack of appreciation but apparently lack of brain space to remember everyone!

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this possible! LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR, STATE FARM IS THERE®
