This person will assist in the repairs of all newspaper equipment and building maintenance including both mechanical and electrical repairs. Training will be provided. Experience with OSHA regulations, safety, VOC’s, HVAC, machining skills and building operations is helpful. Having a strong mechanical aptitude is key to success in this position. Must be able to follow instructions, read and understand operator and maintenance manuals as well as schematics, work within tight (mechanical) tolerances, work well under deadline pressure and be willing to work outside normal hours when the need arises.
