Please refer to: • The Power Start General Table • “7 Ways to Earn Money” Booklet that comes in your Kit The Uni-level Bonus Chart in the book shows the requirements for each rank including your needed personal qualifications. It is very important that you study and understand this information. Make sure your new Distributor’s Application is completed on line and/or faxed to 866-887-1831. If you want to earn a check in Ardyss: 1. Meet the minimum required personal qualifying points (PQP) each month for your rank. Minimum requirement for ranks: Advisor, Coordinator and Supervisor 150 PQP (Approx. $150) if you are not on auto-ship 100 PQP (Approx. $100 ) if you are on auto-ship Minimum Requirement for ranks: Manager through Platinum 250 PQP (Approx. $250) if you are not on Auto-Ship 200 PQP (Approx. $200) if you are on auto-ship 2. Make sure you have the required number of “active” personally sponsored reps and the required group qualifying points (GQP) needed to get paid a power start bonus, promote to a certain rank and/or to get paid a rank bonus. For power start bonuses you must also make sure you qualify in the designated month to get paid “on time.” ***An “Active Rep” is a rep who has at least 50 PQP (personal qualifying points) which is approximately $50 of product purchased that month . A person who only has 50 PQP will not qualify to earn a check themselves .
Example A: To promote to Supervisor you have to have 150 PQP or 100 Auto-ship PQP and 2,000 in GQP and the 40% rule must be met. • 40% rule means that no more than 40% of your entire group qualify points can come from any one of your personally enrolled legs (reps) to qualify you for power start bonuses, rank promotions, rank bonuses and some other commissions. 40% of 2,000 is 800. So let’s say you have 5 personally enrolled reps. You can’t count more that 800 points from any of your 5 reps to get paid. Here’s how it would work if you enrolled Carol, Debra, Eddie, Tony and Vickie below. Carol 200 pts Debra – 1000 pts Eddie – 200 Tony – 200 pts Vickie – 400 pts Although, you have a total of 2,000 GQP, you can only count 800 of Debra’s points to meet your requirements. So, in this case you would not meet the requirements to get promoted to Supervisor. You would have to have at least 200 more points from any of your other 4 reps.
Example B: To earn an on time power start bonus on the 3,500 GQP Volume Line of the general table you must: • Qualify by your 3rd month in the business • Have at least 6 active personally enrolled reps • Have 3,500 in GQP and have your own PQP of 150 or 100 Autoship • Meet the 40% rule • 40% of 3,500 = 1,400 You can’t count more than 1,400 GQP from any of your personally enrolled reps to qualify.
You must make sure you meet these requirements on a monthly basis.
