Mercedes-Benz Program Frequently Asked Questions 1. What rank is required for qualification? Is there a Group Qualification Point level requirement?

Yes, you must be at the Platinum President level with 500,000 GQP (40% rule applied) 2. I qualify, but how do I participate?

You must first email Ardyss at mymercedes@ardyss.com stating your interest in participating the program. We will determine your eligibility and contact you with our Mercedes-Benz corporate account and discount information and rules of the program.

3. May I lease or buy the vehicle?

You may choose either to lease or buy.

4. How much down payment assistance will I receive?

Ardyss will provide $2,000 in down payment assistance to those that qualify.

5. When will I receive down payment assistance?

In order for Ardyss to send you a down payment check, you must send your lease or purchase contract via fax.

6. How much will my monthly payment be?

Your contract may vary based on your credit.

7. Is there a minimum cost requirement for the vehicle I choose?

The price value of the vehicle must be at least $60,000.

8. May I lease or buy a used Mercedes-Benz on the program?

Yes, you may choose to lease or buy a used Mercedes; however, it cannot be more than 3 years old and have more than 20,000 miles. The corporate discount does not apply to used vehicles.

9. What is the duration of the program? Will I have to reapply after a certain amount of time?

The contract is only for 36 months. You may reapply with the purchase or lease of another Mercedes-Benz after the 36 months.

10. How much monthly payment assistance will I receive?

Ardyss will pay $1,500 monthly when you qualify. If you don’t qualify in your rank a particular month, you will receive 50% of your previous rank. Example: $400.

11. Is there a color requirement for the Mercedes-Benz?

Yes, it must be color #775 in order to qualify for the program.

12. May I receive the benefits of this program for other models besides Mercedes-Benz?

No, in order to receive this benefit you must lease or buy a Mercedes-Benz.

13. What is my car bonus if I don’t choose to participate in this program?

If you are at a Platinum rank and you don’t participate in this program you will only receive the $800 Car Bonus as outlined in the Compensation Plan.

14. Will I be featured or recognized for participating in the program?

Yes, all participants in Mercedes-Benz program must send a picture and testimony for this achieved goal to mymercedes@ardyss.com. Members of the program will be featured in future marketing materials, which will highlight this achievement.
