Our Mission
S
ince 1996, we have been privileged to serve the communities in which we live. In that time, one thing has become abundantly clear - none of this works without the support of our advertisers and our readers. With that thought in mind, it is the mission of the Newsmagazine Network to consistently and fervently serve the interests of our clients and our readers. Our success depends on your success.
We intend to treat everyone who shares in these publications with kindness, fairness and respect.
We intend to enrich our advertisers by connecting them with an engaged, interested and motivated pool of potential clients.
We intend to enrich our readers by providing them with accurate, interesting and purposeful information on each and every page we publish.
Our success depends on YOUR success.
The truth is, it has been our communities that have served us. We will work as hard as possible to repay that support every day and in every publication. Sincerely,
Sharon R. Huber Publisher

About Us
W
e believe that the modern family considers their most valuable commodity to be their time. We have created a reader-friendly format that pays respect to that concept. We call it the Newsmagazine. Our editorial is a combination of short news items and extended news and feature stories. This format maximizes the impact of every item and every page. Our readers can get a sense of the news and opinions that matter to them without feeling overwhelmed by the content. To put it another way, we do not believe in wasting our readers’ time. We have chosen also to give advertisements the most prominent position on every page. A few years ago, we paid to have a survey conducted asking what our readers most enjoyed reading in the newsmagazine. Their answer? The advertisements. Feel free to contact any of us with questions regarding the Newsmagazine concept at the phone number listed on this page or the email adresses below:

Client Loyalty
W
e believe that the personal relationships we enjoy with our advertisers are an integral part of our success. To ensure that those relationships are properly maintained, we not only strive to deliver exceptional customer service, we believe also that it is more important to sell your inventory than it is to sell our inventory. This brand of relationship and results-based selling has garnered us an extensive list of longtime, loyal clients. Below is a listing of some of our clients, including quite a few who have been with us from the beginning:
We deliver service. We sell results. Just ask our clients.

Editorial Content
Make it interesting. Make it accurate. Make it ours. Every Issue: .• Local News • Health .• School News • Sports • Business .• Dining & Entertainment .• Real Estate .• Home Pages .• Classifieds
O
ur editorial policy is simple: Provide interesting and accurate information to our readers.
Unlike larger print and electronic media sources, our hyper-local approach to regional news and information means that we are an exclusive source for our readers. Readers can’t change the channel or surf to a different site to find a slightly revised version of our story. That level of exclusivity leads to a highly-engaged audience. Our readers look forward to receiving each publication and consume the content aggressively. Our readers also view the advertisements as extensions of the content itself. Also, because readers choose when and where to view the publications, they opt-in at their most opportune, and therefore enjoyable, time. Your ads do not interrupt the experience of the reader, they enhance it, which leads to a motivated, receptive customer. Thomas Sowell, our nationally syndicated columnist, is a perennial reader favorite. Mr. Sowell’s common sense approach to conservative politics and economics grabs the readers’ attention at the very front of every publication. The Newsmagazine Network holds the exclusive rights to publish Mr. Sowell in the St. Louis/ St. Charles County area.

2014 Advertising Rates
E
verything we learn in life, we learn through repetition. Reading, riding a bike, hitting a baseball are all things we learned simply by doing them over and over again. Consumers are no different. They learn where to shop and what products to buy due to repeated exposure. We have created our rate table to reward high frequency because we believe that is what will work best for you.

The publications of the The Newsmagazine Network are printed on heat-set web presses. The heatsetting process bakes in the ink, reducing dot gain, thus giving a crisper appearance. Pages are set via digital, direct-to-plate technology. This technology greatly reduces four-color registration issues which gives our papers increased ‘readability’ and a clean, slick look. All publications are finished by a stitch-and-trim bindery process.
