NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF REAL PROPERTY TAX LIENS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of March, 2019, the Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, filed in the Superior Court, Fourth Judicial District, a certified copy of the foreclosure list for delinquent real property tax in the Fairbanks North Star Borough for the years 2018 and prior, together with a Petition for Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure, Case No. 4FA-19-01559 CI. The Petition for Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure asks that real property tax liens against each parcel of the hereinafter described real property situated in the Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, be foreclosed for the tax years 2018 and prior; that the Court enter Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure for the delinquent tax, penalty, interest and costs appearing to be due on the several parcels of real property hereinafter described; and that the Court enter an order authorizing that the several parcels of land against which Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure is entered be sold to the Fairbanks North Star Borough for the respective amounts of taxes, penalty, interest and costs for which the properties are severally liable. SAID FORECLOSURE LIST of delinquent taxes stating the names of the persons or reputed persons appearing on the latest assessment records as the respective land owners, a description of the property, amount of delinquent tax, penalty, interest and costs, plus any outstanding prior year charges is available for public inspection at the clerk’s office and is as follows:
