Soccer coach awarded By Rachael VAUGHAN NORTHERN NSW Football (NNSWF) hosts an awards program that recognises one coach every month for the ‘Newcastle Permanent Community Coach Recognition Program’. The Newcastle Permanent Community Coach of the Month Award is awarded monthly from March to August to a coach that makes a significant contribution to their team, club and/or community. This is not aimed at results or winning, but a coach who provides a positive experience for all involved.

MORE than fourteen cars were vandalised last week in Medowie, in a pointless and vindictive attack on

residents. The streets surrounding and including Rosewood were targeted, with many cars suffering damage. Some cars had a single
