Probate and Senior Real Estate Specialist

As a Senior and Probate Real estate Specialist, I bring knowledge, and years of experience working with seniors and their families, Executors/Administrators, and attorneys, to compassionately assist in marketing their homes for sale. This is often a sad time with the passing of a loved one, or the decision to relocate after decades of living in their home. The process can be overwhelming and confusing and requires an agent who is a trusted and patient resource with the ability to coordinate and communicate extensively. The process is not simply about putting a “For Sale” sign on the front lawn. I have extensive connections with contractors, clean-out companies, staging experts, estate sale and auction companies, elder care attorneys, senior placement services, and alternate living options. I understand the issues needed to downsize or settle an estate, and am well versed on local real estate market conditions. By working closely with a team of professionals, I am able to devise a plan that suits my clients’ needs. The goal is to ensure our client enjoys a smooth and confident process from our first meeting to settlement and beyond. I believe education is critical to my profession and have earned additional Realtor designations and certifications that include Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, At Home With Diversity, as

Taking 10,000 steps is about the same as walking four or five miles, depending on your stride. Here’s some tips to help you get in those 10,000 steps each day.

Give the Dog Walker a Day Off: Many Americans let their dogs out in the backyard for exercise or hire a dog walker. Save some money and save your lawn by taking your dog for a walk at least once a day. Research shows it’s actually better for your dog as well. Average 2,000 steps (30 minutes walk)
