Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief for New Telegraph
T
he Board of Directors of The Sun Publishing Limited and Daily Telegraph Publishing Company Limited have announced management changes at New Telegraph newspapers. Mr. Eric Osagie be-
comes the Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief, while Messrs Gabriel Akinadewo and Felix Abugu would serve as Deputy Managing Directors. The appointments take effect September 1, 2014. Other appointments
which have since been effected include that of Mallam Suleiman Uba Gaya and Mr. Yemi Ajayi, Managing Editor and Editor, New Telegraph, respectively. Under the strategic restructuring, Mr. Osa-
gie, Deputy Managing Director/Deputy Editorin-Chief of The Sun, is proceeding on sabbatical to New Telegraph. A consummate professional, Mr. Osagie, is expected to bring to bear on the newspaper his wealth

he Lagos State Government yesterday announced the discovery of five new suspected cases of the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) in the state. Commissioner for Health, Dr. Jide Idris, told reporters in Lagos that the five patients suspected to be harbouring the virus were brought to the Yaba Mainland Hospital on Tuesday and two of those cases were from secondary contacts with some of the medical team who had initial contact with the CONTINUED ON PAGE 4

he All Progressives Congress (APC) will hold its maiden National Executive Commit-
tee (NEC) meeting today in Abuja during which it is expected to announce the constitution of its Board
