he scrapping of the official foreign ex-
change window by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is threatening the importation of fuel by oil marketers, New Telegraph has learnt.
Sources said fuel marketers billed to import the commodity to cover the second quarter allocation were reluctant to utilise their allocations in the
wake of CBN's decision last week that scrapped its official window where some selected importers, including fuel marketers, buy a dollar at N168.
