lok Air Nigeria Limited, promoted by for-
mer Abia State Governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, has launched a legal bid to regain its operating licence, withdrawn about 12 years
ago by former President Olusegun Obasanjo. The company, in a suit filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja, asked the
court, in addition to ordering the restoration of its licence, to award it N20 billion as damages for the withdrawal.
