Drew Bates

Senior Media and Communications Chair Dbates1@uvm.edu After graduating from UVM with a concentration in Business Analytics and Marketing and a theme in Sustainability, I hope to combine my business degree with a strong passion for the outdoors. My goal is to learn more about how companies can incorporate Sustainability into their business models, and how their goals can better align with the social and environmental demands of the world today. I am thrilled to learn more about the outdoor industry through my upcoming internship with Mammut and look forward to training hard after college to pursue my climbing goals and aspirations.

Noel Desmarias

Senior Media and Communications Chair ndesmara@uvm.edu I am a Senior studying Computer Science and Information Systems. I hope to combine the business and computer science sides of my degree to analyze complex consumer problems and create targeted and innovative software solutions.

Senior Social Events and Logistics Chair mefeeney@uvm.edu Molly is concentrating in accounting with a theme of sustainable business. She aspires to work alongside her peers and pursue a career path in public accounting. She is especially proud of her upcoming internship at Ernst & Young where she hopes to grow as a business person and make meaningful connections with her coworkers and clients.

Zoë Macdonald

Senior Judge Selection and Communications Chair zoe.macdonald@uvm.edu After graduating from the University of Vermont with a concentration in finance, I hope to combine my knowledge of finance with my desire for a better world. My goal is to continue learning about climate finance and to work to increase company reporting transparency on key environmental and social metrics. All investing has an impact, but I hope to leverage my knowledge to allow for positive impact to become the predominant narrative.

Anne Skudera

Senior Judge Selection and Communications Chair anne.skudera@uvm.edu Anne is pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology. She has had the opportunity to represent GSB at multiple case competitions, most recently winning gold at ROCA. Interning as both a data specialist and an Area Manager, Anne is excited to start her career in supply chain upon graduation.

William Tessmer

Senior Competition and Recruitment Chair william.tessmer@uvm.edu I aspire to have a career in business analytics, being able to develop, provide, and present useful and valuable analysis and insights. I aim to work at a firm that shares my values and ideas of innovation, teamwork, and creativity, ideally in a product management and organizational data department.
