President’s Letter Dear Friends and Partners, As part of our efforts to reposition Lion Air, we are pursuing a growth plan with the goal to be the leading global airline group by satisfying our customers and creating value. Specifically, we will provide our customers with the highest level of hospitality, improve our presence in the global market, and improve our brand image as a trusted and safe budget airlines. A tremendous business opportunity lies ahead in the next brand rejuvenation towards promoting Asia Pacific destinations to international travelers. Thanks to your patronage, Lion Air has been in operation since June 2000. Though we began as a domestic airline, we strive to take on new challenges and creating growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
