In the fall of 2014 a unique design partnership is formed between PREMIUM by JACK & JONES and acknowledge Italian brand and designer Daniele Alessandrini. The result is a merge of the Italian nonchalant “sprezzatura” aesthetic and iconic sartorial classics. The Bologna based Daniele Alessandrinin is internationally recognized for his ability to find the right balance between Italian expressionism and superior refined style. His hallmark is creating the perfect consummated unit between trim tailoring and handpicked qualities. “There is an Italian saying that a man’s wardrobe is considered his second skin. It has to express his personality – and fit his body to perfection. It is this design philosophy I have brought into PREMIUM by JACK & JONES’ universe. With slimmer constructed silhouettes and materials from my local suppliers I have given the PREMIUM by JACK & JONES man a touch of Italy - with out making him leave his comfort zone.” The Daniele Alessandrini capsule collection is composed of 25 items. Amongst these you will find elements like the navy jacquard-weaved Porpra blazer with subtle animal artwork, the Guerriero parka made from a wool-polyester blend and finally the Fulard Scarf. This genuine Italian style is the predestined companion for the fine knitted cotton Color Tee. For Design Manager: Winnie Andersen at PREMIUM by JACK & JONES Daniele Alessandrini’s mark on the collection is not only seen in the styles themselves but also in his composition of the outfits: “The spirit of Italian fashion is confidant and flamboyant. A blazer is considered an everyday element not just something you pull out of the closet for formal events. The collection indulges in this powerful eye-catching mood but in a more subtle casual way. The blazer – for instance – could therefore be styled with the long sleeved basic Color Tee or the raw edge Muro Grand Dad and a pair of five pocket jeans.
