The Team

Ken Jacobs Ken Jacobs will lead the sale process of Elaine, in effect be the account director in the marketing and sale of the property. This will include the coordination of the CIRE international team and liaison with other local and international agents. With 35 years in the real estate industry Ken has worked at Director Level of L.J. Hooker, Jones Lang Wootton and Knight Frank as State Agency Director and National Head of International Hotel and Resort Divisions. Ken’s company, Prestige Homes of Australia Pty Ltd, was selected in the year 2000 to launch the Christie’s International Real Estate brand in Australia. Since that time the CIRE brand has become the clear leader is the sale of Australia’s most beautiful homes. In 2010 Ken Jacobs won the inaugural CIRE Affiliate of the Year Award- Medium Market. Earlier this year Ken was appointed by CIRE to the company’s Bespoke Marketing Committee.

Clayton Andrews Asia – Pacific Clayton is a seasoned member of the Christie’s International Real Estate leadership team and brings over two decades of luxury real estate experience. A licensed broker who has lived and worked throughout the United States, Clayton has spent his entire career in the real estate business. From 1991-2003 he was an agent, partner, and member of the board of directors of Jackson Hole Realty, the largest real estate firm in Wyoming. After selling his company in 2003, he became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Sotheby’s International Realty running their Mountain Region, overseeing more than 400 brokers and growing his area into a market leader. Clayton’s responsibilities include managing existing Affiliate and Bespoke relationships in Asia Pacific and the Central North American Regions with the aim to expand this important business to the benefit of our global network.

Kathleen Coumou Americas - Northeast Region Northeast Senior Vice President, Regional Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker, headquartered in New York City in the Christie’s offices in Rockefeller Center. In Kathleen’s six years at Christie’s International Real Estate she has spearheaded the Bespoke Marketing Program, successfully launching specialized marketing initiatives for significant properties. Kathleen is also at the helm of expanding the Northeast Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate Network. Her territory spans from Canada down the eastern seaboard to Virginia. Some of her recent sales include the Evermay Estate, Washington, D.C., the Stanford White Mansion on Fifth Avenue, and most recently Huguette Clark’s historic Fifth Avenue apartments. Previously, she was the Director of Marketing and successfully managed top-producing offices for the Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate on Long Island, Coach Realtors, advancing their luxury program by strategically implementing the Christie’s brand. Kathleen brings a wealth of experience gained over 20 years of real estate practice in the luxury marketplace as a licensed broker.

Joachim Wrang-Widen EMEA Region Based in London, Joachim manages all the activities of Christie’s International Real Estate in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Joachim worked at Jones Lang LaSalle for 10 years as Global Account Manager. He also worked as an Investment Strategist and Investment Advisor for several international institutional investors, and operated the Deloitte real estate management consultancy team for the Nordic region. Joachim holds an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.

Zackary Wright Americas - Western Region Prior to his current role, Zack was Director of Real Estate for CCA Europe, a partner in SYNTHESIS Realty Group, and SVP of Sotheby’s International Realty. Zack founded the ranch division at Sotheby’s and directed project marketing globally. He has worked with such well-known clients as President Reagan, and has served as president of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors and as a Director of the California Association of Realtors.

Rick Moeser Americas – Southeast Region Offering more than 24 years of experience in the marketing and sale of luxury real estate, Rick currently manages the business activities for Christie’s International Real Estate in the Southeastern United States, as well as in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America. He is based in Palm Beach, Florida and holds a BA in Art History from Franklin and Marshall College.
