NHS KIRKLEES REVIEW OF PREMISES SCHEMES IN THE LIGHT OF NEW AFFORDABILITY CONSTRAINTS (version Board 25 November 2009)
The following table contains details of all GP premises developments that are or have been under active consideration and planning. The changed financial circumstances of the PCT and the significantly changed NHS and public sector financial outlook for the foreseeable future mean that it will not be possible to progress all the schemes with the next four years. The Director of Finance and the Head of Estates have, in the table, made recommendations about whether schemes should proceed based on their knowledge of current premises and their knowledge of the proposed schemes. The recommendations are principally those of the Director of Finance and the Head of Estates, amended slightly following discussion at the Strategic Development Committee on 12 November.
