The Finance Fair is designed to provide dealers and financing companies an opportunity for a more personal one-on-one setting outside of the Expo Hall. Participating finance companies will receive a booth space with a table and (2) chairs, and recognition on the event mobile app.

Companies Exhibiting in Expo Hall: $500 Companies Not Exhibiting in Expo Hall: $1,500

Make your booth a mandatory stop for attendees by claiming a space on the mobile scavenger hunt card. Attendees are required to scan a QR code created for your booth in order to be entered into the drawing to win a prize!

Gain additional exposure to attendees by providing your company literature or small branded item to be placed in registration tote bags. Item/piece must receive NIADA prior approval.

Advertise your company, booth, product or services with a rotating banner ad on NIADA’s event mobile app.

Host your top dealers in an exclusive and spacious suite at Wynn Las Vegas. Nightly rates starting at $1,500.

Please note that hospitality space will be limited, and based on availability. Space will not be assigned for any event during Convention hours (Monday, 8:30am-7pm; Tuesday, 8:30am-7:30pm; Wednesday, 8:30am-7pm, Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm). Space reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
