The Finance Fair is designed to provide dealers and financing companies an opportunity for a more personal one-on-one setting outside of the Expo Hall. Participating finance companies will receive a booth space with a table and (2) chairs, and recognition on the event mobile app.

Sponsor a reception for NIADA’s 20 Group members. This is a great opportunity to meet independent dealers who are invested in collaborating with similar dealers to exchange ideas, identify best practices, resolve challengers and discover hidden opportunities.

Make a great first impression! Registration Desk sponsorship includes your logo/artwork on the registration counter kickplates, (2)floor clings, co-branded badge lanyards, name badges, and tote bags. Sponsors also receive a tote bag insert and a mobile app banner ad. New to Wynn Las Vegas: Registration Desk sponsors will also receive (1) video advertisement to be displayed behind the registration counters.

Kickoff the entire Convention with all attendees at The Wynn Las Vegas! If located at the pool, event sponsors will receive access to their own cabana, signage, lead retrieval, branded cocktail napkins, branded decor (excluding cabana),recognition in event marketing and collateral.

2023 speaker is currently TBD. Past speakers have included Jon Taffer, Michael Irvin, Dick Vitale, Captain Phillips, Kris “Tanto” Paronto, Robert O’Neill, Barry Switzer and Bobby Bowden. Your company will have the opportunity to introduce the selected speaker as well as share branding on all email, website and convention signage. You will also have the opportunity to have a private cocktail reception with speaker before or after he/she speaks.

Keynote Speaker - Tuesday $25,000.00

Booth space reservation and assignment: To access the online floorplan, booth contract and application, go to the tab “Exhibitors” at www. niadaconvention.com, Click on “Register Now” under the Registration section in the Exhibitor column.View the floorplan and select your desired booth location from the booths marked available on the map. Complete the online registration form and read the Terms & Conditions and Rules and Regulations of the contract.

For National Corporate Partners: Please work directly with your assigned salesperson to authorize the agreement.

For non-National Corporate Partners: Authorize the agreement by entering your name and complete the payment information via credit card with full payment due at booking. An electronic message will follow confirming successful completion of the online application and reservation of space.

Future show updates and deadlines will be sent to the designated show contact. Assignment of booth space is managed on a first-come, firstserve basis, with the exception of NIADA’s National Corporate Partners and National Member Benefit Partners, who receive priority placement as part of their partner benefits. NIADA also takes into consideration size of space requested and proximity of similar product/service types. We make every effort to be mindful of competitors and allow you the chance to list those companies you do not wish to be near.

A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to eligible cancellations prior to May 2nd 2023. Cancellations after May 2nd, 2023 are not eligible for refunds. If payment is not received by April 2st, 2023 booth will be released.
