EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP Flexible 100% Online Video Conference The NU educational leadership programs are delivered online, synchronously using video conferencing. Video conferencing allows for a face-to-face exchange between students and professors. There are scheduled meeting times for each class, and no requirement to come to campus for any classes. Classes are generally conducted on weeknights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), with sessions running from 5-7:30 p.m. and 7:30-10 p.m. The program operates on a three-semester basis: fall, spring, and summer. The master schedule of class offerings is published years in advance, allowing candidates to map out their entire sequence. “Completing my master’s in administration at Niagara was the best decision I have made. The classes in the leadership program develop students into well-rounded thinkers prepared to solve the complex questions facing school administrators. The faculty use diverse and innovative teaching methods to encourage students to work with others to understand “real-life issues” that they will face in the world of K-12 administration.” Gregory J.
