BeverleyMag March 2016 Dear Readers Welcome to the March edition of your Beverley Mag. In this month’s edition we have lots of local news as well as a fantastic Health and wellbeing feature that is full of great advertisers and some really interesting articles on everything from Reiki to why cherries are good for you. We have Harlem Globetrotter tickets to be won in the monthly competition which makes me think back to my childhood when I used to watch the cartoon series on television... ahhh those were the days. We have the usual crossword and suduko puzzles to get your brain exercised. For our green fingered readers we have our regular gardening advice - and plenty of advertisers that can help you with everything from fencing or tree surgery to a complete garden landscaping project - so there is no need not to have a blooming wonderful garden this coming summer. Graham Stuart our local MP has been busy as usual and in his column talks about careers advice for children. We have great news on the motoring section if you are a fan of the British Rally Championships. We also take a look at some of the businesses in Market Weighton which is only 10 minutes down the road and is a great town to visit for a shopping excursion or perhaps for a meal (well, they do have the best Indian Restaurant in the area with the Bengal Brasserie, which I can personally recommend). Until next month - take care and enjoy the magazine Kind regards

Careers Advice One of the issues I take a particularly close interest in is careers advice for young people. Ensuring they receive appropriate inspiration and information is crucial if the Government’s hard work improving our education system is to translate into lots more teenagers taking the right courses and finding fulfilling jobs. In our area I know lots of employers are keen to engage with schools. The excellent Humber Local Enterprise Partnership considers careers guidance a priority, and has established a new “Humber Gold Standard” for schools to obtain to prove they are delivering high quality advice to their pupils. However, we need to do more to get busy school leaders to focus on this critically important policy area. In 2013, Ofsted found that only one in five schools in England were effective in ensuring that all their students in Years 9, 10 and 11 were receiving the level of information, advice and guidance they needed to support decisionmaking.
4
That’s why since stepping down as Chairman of the Education Select Committee in May last year, I have continued to focus on this issue. Last autumn, I established a new All Party Parliamentary
Graham Stuart MP pictured with students at Beverley Grammar School during a politics lesson Group on Careers Inspiration, Advice and Guidance, together with fellow MPs. I am calling for the Government’s Statutory Guidance on Careers Advice to be amended so that all schools must work towards a quality award for careers education, information, advice and guidance that meets an approved standard determined by the Dept. for Education. At present this is only a recommendation, but if we made it compulsory for schools to meet an agreed standard, the appetite for high quality careers provision would leap among school leaders. Minding the Minster
Farewell John Dell Last month was especially exciting for the virgers at Beverley Minster as we were, once again, home to the cameras for Mammoth Films, who are recording the ITV series ‘Victoria’ in and around Yorkshire. Beverley Minster has already stood in for Westminster Abbey as they restaged the Coronation of the young queen in 1837 and now, thanks to the miracle of television editing, we’re jumped three years and are the backdrop to the Royal Wedding between her and Prince Albert. The first set of filming concentrated on our nave and the area where we normally have our round altar: the second act, so to speak, focused on our quire, so the whole building is getting quite an airing at the moment. We hope to see the results on our screens towards the end of this year, and possibly get a boost in visitor numbers as a result in 2017, which will be nice.
6
One person who won’t be welcoming these visitors is John Dell, who is retiring from the
position of Head Virger after 15 years of working at the Minster. We’re waving goodbye to him, informally, on 20th March which is, appropriately, Palm Sunday, so we expect there won’t be a dry eye in the house afterwards. I’ve had the great pleasure of working alongside John for nearly ten years so it’s going to make a huge difference to me when he’s gone. At the time of writing we’ve just started advertising for a replacement so I’ve no idea who, or what, I’ll be working with next month. Still, the only constant in life is change, so I’m sure we’ll all adjust to it. And from here on the church gets busier and busier as we approach the summer holidays. Never a dull moment, I can tell you By Neil Pickford, Assistant Virger

Health News
Time to up your intake? New research has suggested that we need to up our ‘five-a-day’ of fruit and veg to seven portions in order to be happier and healthier. The study, which was carried out at Warwick University’s Dept. of Economics, analysed data from 80,000 Britons, which included questions on their diet and general feelings.
The study, which was reported in the journal Arthritis and Rheumatism, focused on 633 individuals with gout over the space of a year. The researchers, from Boston University in the US, found that patients who ate up to three servings of fresh cherries or who ate cherry extract were 35% less at risk than those who ate none. A serving was defined as one halfcupful, or 10 to 12 cherries.
The results showed that those who ate seven to eight portions of fruit and vegetables a day had an average score that was one point higher than those who did not eat any.
Furthermore, when cherry consumption was combined with the drug allopurinol, which lowers levels of uric acid, gout attacks were reduced by 75% compared with having no exposure to either the drug or the cherries. The effectiveness of cherries on the condition is thought to be due to the fact that they contain anthocyanins, antioxidants with anti-inflammatory properties.
The researchers have suggested that this could be due to the high levels of antioxidants in fruit and vegetables, which protect the body from stress.
Eat your way to wellness
Cherries found to cut gout risk According to new research, eating cherries can reduce the risk of gout attacks by a third.

of uric acid in the body, and is thought to be the result of overindulging in alcohol or red meat. The acid forms crystals in the blood which are then lodged in the body, typically in the big toe.

Health & Wellbeing are used to treat the symptoms of colds and flu many of us will want natural products that can boost our energy levels and support immunity. There are many foods that you can eat to give your immune system a boost. First line choices include foods such as citrus fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, red peppers, broccoli and sweet potatoes which are all high in vitamin C. Foods that are rich in antioxidants are also beneficial. These would include the superfruit berries such as acai, gogi or elderberry so try adding these to a smoothie. Include plenty of winter greens as they contain important minerals such as selenium, kale, cabbage, Brussel sprouts and collard greens are all great and will also help support the thymus gland that is responsible for immunity. Finally, include more mushrooms in the diet. It’s not just the exotic varieties that are helpful. The common button mushroom also contains beta glucans which support immune function. And don’t forget to add garlic – its nature’s natural antibiotic but is also anti-viral too.
Reiki...
10
What’s it all about? Reiki is a form of ‘hands on’ healing which originated in Japan. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word Rei which means ‘Universal Life’ and Ki which means ‘Energy’. This system of natural healing was developed by Dr Mikao Usui after many years of study, research and meditation. It is still taught today by Reiki Masters who have trained in the tradition passed
down from Master to student. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. Tell me more! Reiki is the ‘life energy’ that flows through all living things. It is believed that a person’s ‘ki’ or energy should be strong and flowing freely. When this is the case an individual’s mind and body is in a positive, balanced state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it may lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. It is believed that a Reiki session can help to soothe stress and tension whilst supporting the body’s ability to heal itself. What does a treatment involve? The recipient lies on a couch or sits on a chair. The practitioner then gently places their hands in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body. The person as a whole is treated, rather than focusing on specific symptoms. A full treatment usually takes between one and one and a half hours. No special equipment is needed, so Reiki can be given anywhere at any time. Where do I find out more? For more information and to find a Reiki healer in your local area contact the UK Reiki Federation. Visit: www.reikifed.co.uk

Travel
Travel on the rails... A growing way to travel, they say things go full circle! We often tailor make European rail holidays via P&O North sea ferries. Trains display numbers on the continent which makes it easier in foreign parts where you perhaps do not speak the language. You do feel a sense of adventure arriving in unknown territory with just your hotel address and directions from the train station! Interrail passes are cheap and allow you to roam the continent. You purchase the pass for days rather than distance, they are very popular with younger travellers who are prepared to arrive on speck and find a bed although it can be semi or fully pre booked. Perhaps you would prefer an escorted tour on the rails and let someone else do the organising for you? Don’t want to carry your luggage? Then it can be couriered ahead to be waiting on arrival at your hotel, prices start from £85. Another worry is getting to London to join these tours, well for £99 you can travel from Hull and stay overnight to ensure that you have a stress free start to your holiday. Meeting your guide at St Pancreas you can sit back and relax, the choice of tours are immense you can travel to Corsica, Morocco as well as many places not so far for example Austria, France, Germany, Italy & Switzerland. Is the Orient Express on your wish list? The normal one way fare from London to Venice is around £3000 per person but we have an offer at the moment from £2399. This includes the iconic rail journey plus a 3 night stay in Venice & a flight back to the UK. Further afield incorporating flying, Canada is a popular place for rail travel. It is a long journey from the East to West of this vast country but you can enjoy shorter sections in stunning scenery. The Rocky Mountaineer offers a wonderful journey in a Gold Class dome carriage but if it is beyond your reach we have cheaper options available offering a very similar experience. South Africa offers two special services the Rovos Train or the Blue Train which can be combined for example with Safaris, Winelands, Victoria Falls, Cities, golf etc, there are many combinations that can be offered to you. Many countries have an iconic journey to offer you, the Ghan in Australia, 4 days on the tracks through the centre of the country! The bullet trains of Japan for speed or the Palace on Wheels for luxurious visit tour of India. Alternatively why not travel with the locals for a real experience? Perhaps you would prefer to stay closer to home? You can still enjoy iconic journeys e.g. the Jacobite Express ~ Fort William to Mallaig in stunning scenery. A day out on the Northern Belle for an Orient Express experience, or even a journey on the North Yorkshire Moors railway. Everyone can join in the fun on the endless train journeys available. Campaign urges people to tell their doctor if they notice blood in their pee Did you know that blood in your pee could be a sign of bladder or kidney cancer?
Other bladder cancer symptoms include: l Cystitis (a urinary tract infection) that is l difficult to treat or comes back quickly l after treatment l Pain when peeing. Other kidney cancer symptoms include: l A pain in the side, below the ribs, that l doesn’t go away l Weight loss.
The current NHS ‘Be Clear on Cancer’ campaign encourages people to go to their doctor if they notice blood in their pee, even if they only see it once. The chances are it’s nothing serious, but if it is cancer, finding it early makes it more treatable. Around 17,450 people in England are diagnosed with bladder or kidney cancer each year. These cancers can affect people of all ages but are most common in those over 50. Blood in your pee is a key symptom for both bladder and kidney cancer.
14
Dr Tim Allison, Director of Public Health at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: “Getting a diagnosis early can make all the difference and so it is important that people act on this message, don’t feel embarrassed and see their GP.” You’re not wasting anyone’s time by getting your symptoms checked out. If you’ve been to the doctor but your symptoms haven’t gone away, go back – they will want to know.

Treat your website like an employee
16
Too many companies think of a website as a brochure or a glorified business card, and little else. While this is true to an extent you always want to keep the display fresh and have contact details easily available - the role of a site should be so much more than that.
It also needs to be freshly updated. If an employee didn’t change their socks for two weeks, you’d soon notice! A website too should always be fresh. This doesn’t need to mean a complete redesign, it could be a new article or news byte going up once a week, just to let prospective customers know that you’re business is thriving.
You should treat your website as an employee.
If a website is sloppy, unusable, basic and doesn’t do it’s job, then like any bad employee, it may be time to fire it. Very often it’s more efficient to start over with a new site, one that is built with the business needs of the company in mind from day one. A well thought-out website that is nurtured, maintained and constantly improved can, like any good employee, continue to add value to your business for years to come.
Think about it. An employee should look smart, be able to sell your services succinctly and effectively to anyone they may meet. They need to be approachable and easy for potential clients to get on with. Most of all, they need to add value to your business, helping to raise profits to ensure it was worth hiring them in the first place. All the above applies to a website. Yet while many companies will spend thousands on recruitment agency fees or HR departments to find the right employee, the website is often an afterthought something knocked up cheaply and easily in an afternoon purely to say ‘yes, we have a website’. Having a website just isn’t good enough in today’s world. You need to have a site that actively works to promote your business. How does it do that? By being part of a planned online marketing strategy, by being usable and accessible across platforms (many users may be reading on text only browsers or through a mobile phone), it needs to give an easy way for users to purchase your product (why phone you up if they could buy online in a few clicks) and most of all it needs to convey your brand values and establish trust with a user who may have stumbled across the site from a search engine result.

Secondary school admissions 2016/2017 Nearly all East Riding parents of children moving to secondary school this year have got places for them at their preferred school. Letters to parents telling them the outcome of their applications for secondary places in September are being sent out today, Tuesday 1 March. All local authorities in England have to send the letters out on the same date.
Local News a high proportion of parents getting places for their children at their preferred choice of school. It is also again pleasing to see that so many parents want their children to be a part of their local community and want to support their local catchment area school.” Mike Furbank, the council’s head of children and young people, education and schools, said: “Population trends in the East Riding and neighbouring local authority areas mean that secondary school pupil numbers are falling, presenting schools with significant challenges. Despite that, the schools in the East Riding offer a good and improving standard of education which parents clearly appreciate.”

As in previous years, most (76.7%) of children living in the East Riding will be going to their catchment area school. 344 children living in other local authority areas have been allocated places at schools in the East Riding, with the largest number (264) coming from Hull. 249 East Riding resident children have been allocated places at schools in other local authority areas, including 118 who have been given places at schools in Hull. Five secondary schools in the East Riding – Beverley High School, Bridlington School, Cottingham High School, South Hunsley School and Wolfreton School – have filled all the places they have available. The numbers on roll at secondary schools in the East Riding have been falling since 2011. With smaller year groups still feeding through from the primary schools, the numbers at secondary schools are expected to continue to reduce over the next few years. From 2018 onwards, the larger year groups which have started at primary schools in recent years will begin to feed into the secondary schools. Councillor Julie Abraham, East Riding of Yorkshire Council portfolio holder for children, young people and education, said: “It is again pleasing to see such

March Gardener General tasks and garden maintenance
26
Frosts can still be a hazard, so keep vulnerable plants protected at night if frost is forecast. March winds are also notorious for their ferocity so check exposed plants are well supported. Now is the time for a thorough spring clean; weed and dig over your borders incorporating as much organic matter as you can - those chilly winds will really help to dry out the soil. Mulch bare soil once you have done the work and remove moss and weeds from paths, terraces and driveways. They may be boring tasks but if you don’t get on top of the garden now (especially the weeds!) it will be a nightmare for the rest of the season. Make new beds and borders - mark the shape with sand trickled from a bottle, remove the top layer of growing vegetation and dig the ground over, incorporating as much organic matter as possible. If you are making a bed in the lawn, remove the turf and stack it upside down somewhere out of the way - after a year or two it will rot down into fantastic compost. Alternatively chop it up and bury upside down in the planting hole a good spade’s depth down. Beware - if you just dig it in the buried grass will regrow and regrow and regrow and... Clean and repair your garden tools, book the lawn mower in for a service and check garden furniture for any rot. When it is warm enough, treat sheds, fences and trellis with wood preservative; brushes and rollers are fine for most things, however a sprayer is well worth buying for tricky projects such as woven panels!
Lawns
If it is very wet keep off the lawn as much as possible - damage to waterlogged lawns is easily inflicted and irritatingly hard to rectify. When the weather improves and the lawn has had a chance to dry out, give it a first cut with the blades on the highest setting - don’t be tempted if conditions are wet! Reseed bare patches, neaten the edges with a half moon cutter or spade and remove molehills and wormcasts. If you are planning a new lawn, start preparing the ground for seeding or laying turf. Ask for advice in your local garden centre if you are unsure of how to begin.
Bulbs, flowers and containers
Protect new spring shoots from slugs; a generous application of slug killer around hostas now (even if they are not showing) will help in the uneven battle on the horizon! Plant summer flowering bulbs. Add some compost to the soil, a sprinkling of bonemeal and plant them slightly deeper than they were in the pot. If you forgot to do the spring bulb thing in the autumn, we have the perfect cheat for you. Fill gaps in borders, containers and rockeries with our Blue Peter-esque “Here’s one I did earlier” version - i.e. top quality, ready-to-go pot grown bulbs. Ideal for keeping the colour going until the end of May, and glorious when combined with primroses, pansies, violas and polyanthi. Cut down perennials that have been left standing over winter, including grasses - even if they are still looking good. Lift and divide overgrown clumps of perennials and split polyanthus plants once they have finished flowering. On the subject of perennials that will need support in the summer, get ahead of the game so your lovely poppies, peonies and delphiniums will grow through supports, rather than being trussed up conspicuously with canes and string come the moment of near collapse. Hazel or birch twigs are great for the natural look, canes and pea netting are practical and unobtrusive, and purpose made green plastic covered supports are easy and convenient - choices, choices! Looking ahead to summer, buy young plants now for your hanging baskets and containers and pot them up so that the moment the last frost is over, you can plant away with teenage plants rather than toddlers. Galvanise your begonia, dahlia and canna tubers into action by placing stored tubers in moist, multi-purpose compost. Keep them at around 18 degrees and remember, begonia tubers go hollow side uppermost.
Gladioli - the corms of those spectacularly beautiful spears of colour can be planted from mid March. Plant at fortnightly intervals for a succession of blooms throughout the summer in a well drained, sunny position. Work in some compost and bonemeal, and plant 4” deep in heavy soils (with a handful of grit at the bottom of the hole), 6” deep in lighter ones. Sow hardy annuals such as calendula, cornflower and annual poppies in drifts – clashing colours just don’t matter in a garden, but remember to plant taller plants behind shorter ones. Sow sweet peas outdoors (soak the seeds overnight to improve germination) and plant out those raised under cover. Autumn sown plants (if you were that efficient) can go out in April; spring sown ones in May. Prepare the soil where they are to be planted by digging a trench and adding a layer of well-rotted manure or Continued on Page 30

Gardening garden compost at the bottom. Our dear horticultural expert points out quite rightly, that this should have been done in the autumn, but now is better than never! Split perennials such as Michaelmas daisies and leucanthemums can be pulled apart. Replant the outer portions and jettison the hard middle bits. Remarkably, they respond very well to such brutal bullying and will prove rejuvenated and reinvigorated! Brighten up your pots and containers with tete-a-tete, pansies, violas, primroses, cyclamen and spring heathers. A stunning combination is tete-a-tete surrounded by pink and yellow primroses and variegated ivy - or try pansies densely packed for a striking display of colour. Plant flowering spring bulbs and primroses in empty gaps - a bit of a cheat, but who cares! Remove the top layer of soil from pot-grown shrubs and replace with fresh potting compost that contains a slow-release fertiliser. If the weather really does turn dry, remember pots and containers will need watering, especially if they are near a wall and in a sheltered position.
Trees, shrubs and climbers
Plant and move evergreen shrubs, conifers and trees and remember to water them well until firmly rooted in. Plant evergreen hedges such as laurel, yew and box and again keep them well watered in dry spells. A good soak once a week is better than superficial watering on a regular basis.
30
Feed woody plants with general purpose fertiliser - this applies to roses, trees, climbers, hedges and shrubs. Feed acid loving plants such as camellias and rhododendrons with ericaceous feed if you are on neutral or alkaline soil. A dose of sequestered iron also helps prevent the leaves turning yellow. Finish pruning your roses and start spraying them with fungicide to ward against black spot and mildew. Repeat every fortnight until the autumn. Remember that if an infection sets in, all the stricken leaves must be burnt - do not leave them on the compost heap as this will become the perfect incubation site. Prune hydrangeas - do not remove stems with a bud at the top, but snip off old stems bearing deadheads to just above the topmost healthy bud and remove weak shoots altogether from the base. With established plants, remove some of the older shoots right down to the base., The latter also applies to forsythia (prune once it has finished flowering by cutting back flowered shoots down to a new shoot further down - all the new growth this season will flower next year) and to flowering currants (Ribes).

What’s On
East Riding Mumbler - 1st Year
l Waters Edge: Just over the Humber bridge in Barton is this
A year ago I launched the Hull & East Riding Mumbler, a website which lists all things to do with babies and children in our area. I’m a local mum to 5 and 1 year old and I was fed up of not knowing what there was to do with my children, so I wanted to create one place where all parents and carers could go to find what’s going on. The website lists weekly Playgroups and Classes by area and day of the week so they’re easy to search. There are Days Out ideas split into sections such as Attractions, Museums and Parks and special family events on an Events Calendar. I have been overwhelmed by how much there is! The website has grown and evolved over the last year and there are now over 1000 listings on it, making me feel very lucky to be raising a family here.
l Lambing! Don’t forget March is lambing season and many local farms have events running. These include Elsham Hall, a lovely attraction across the bridge near Brigg, which open for the season on 20th March with Lambing Sunday and Sledmere House have Easter Lambing and other activities on the 27th and 28th March.
Easter is early this year and I’m currently adding all of the activities and events that are going on for families around Easter time. You can find special events in the Events Calendar and all school holiday activities in the School Holidays page. Some of the highlights are –
l Country Houses: A lot of the local Halls & Gardens have Easter
36
Egg hunts and free activities running (after normal admission prices). Burton Constable near Skirlaugh has an Easter trail to follow and craft activities 26th March – 3rd April. Sewerby Hall near Bridlington has Medieval Jousting on Easter Sunday and lots of crafts and activities throughout the school holidays. Burton Agnes near Driffield has an Easter trail from 25th March – 10th April plus lots of chocolate eggs to find on the 27th and 28th. Burnby Hall near Pocklington has the Easter bunny and activities on Easter Sunday.
fabulous nature reserve and visitor centre, which is all free to go in. They have an egg hunt and a craft fair on across Easter weekend.
l Hull Museums: If the weather is bad, the free museums in Hull are always a great place to take children. Hull Maritime Museum has a new exhibition ‘SOS – Heroes of the Humber’ starting 27th February which looks at people that over the years have saved lives at sea. The Edwardian Easter event is on 26th March, a big, annual fete and old style market around the Museums Quarter which my children loved last year.
l The Deep, Science Event: Another wet weather favourite, from 1st March to 17th April The Deep have a new event which explores the world of science around us, with experiment stations, talks, workshops and an activity trail. Please visit the website www.hullandeastridingmumbler.com and follow me on facebook (Hull and East Riding Mumbler) and Twitter @ Hull_ER_Mumbler for regular updates and highlights of things to do.

FIONA’S FOOD FOR THOUGHT By Fiona Dwyer, broadcast journalist, PR & media consultant, slave to 2 children and a husband.
Spring is in the Air I love the Spring! It’s time to stop hibernating and to start clearing out the cobwebs, both actual and metaphorical! I love the longer days and love seeing the new leaves and flowers popping up all over the place. Saying that, with the mild winter we’ve had, my daffodils have been utterly confused and started growing back in January! Regardless, it’s a great time of year. It makes me start clearing out all the “stuff” you collect over the last year and getting rid of it – although in my case, I think I currently have a couple of years worth of “stuff” to clear out. It’s the Springtime that invigorates me for the year ahead. Doesn’t it do the same for you? Happy days!
Unpredictable Cats
38 You may remember me telling you how we rescued a couple of kittens last year. Well, those cute little kittens have grown up to be absolutely massive cats – and they aren’t even a year old! Now, we’ve always had cats in our house – and they’ve always quite happily used the cat flap – but for some reason these two simply refuse to do so! I have no idea why. They know where it is and we’ve shown them how to use it, but regardless of that they continue to scratch at the door every time they want to go out or come back in. In fact, they’d rather stay out all night than take it upon themselves to use their own little door. Honestly, half of the time I feel like they have employed me as their own personal door monitor. One of them in particular scratches to come in, has a few mouthfuls of food, then about a minute later scratches to go back out! Let’s just say it can be annoying! So, if any of you have any ideas how to encourage my cats to use the cat flap, please feel free to let me know!

NEW ADDITION TO OUR BODY SCULPTING TREATMENTS Welcome the low level laser therapy (LLLT)
Yes, we have yet another new arrival here at Rachel’s Beauty World, so it’s time to shift that fat and shape that body. So what is LLLT? LLLT is a totally non-invasive body contouring treatment, also known as the ‘lunchtime lipo’ due to the fact that there is no down time and no risk How does it work? LLLT emits low levels of laser energy at two different wavelengths, 940nm and 650nm, the first goes deep into the dermis of the skin and the second targets the epidermis of the skin. In the dermis the fat cells are targeted, breaking down the triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol. These are then taken away by the lymphatic draining system. This process only targets the fat cells and therefore does not affect the surround structures such as the skin or blood vessels. Epidermis of the skin is stimulated simultaneously by the other laser which increases circulation and promotes metabolism helping the body contouring process What will I feel like during the treatment? It is a very relaxing treatment, many people fall asleep. You will feel a warm, pleasant sensation. Other treatments available • RevLite™ laser tattoo removal – ALL COLOURS • Anti-aging Collagen Wave (RF) skin rejuvenation • “Madonna Treatment” oxygen facial • Laser skin rejuvenation including freckle removal, pigmented skin, sun spots or brown spots, birthmarks, thread veins and acne reduction. PAY AS YOU GO TREATMENTS FROM ONLY £60 NO NEEDLES • NO DOWNTIME • NO RISK
