14 | Trammel Fossil Park Visitor Center

Trammel Fossil Park Visitor Center Project Timeline: 6 Weeks Materials Used: Basswood, Chipboard, Masonite, Mueseum Board Programs Used: Rhino, Vray, Illustrator, Photoshop, Morpholio: Trace The premise for this studio project was to create a visitor center for the Trammel Fossil Park. This center needed include areas for exhibition space, club meeting spaces, and areas for the staff who will be overseeing the park. Taking inspiration from an element currently existing on the site, a circular seating area, I used this idea to create a building that is divided by this central element for programming. One half being public space and the other being private with a large covered area in between to provide an area of refuge on the site.
