10+ Recipes for Naughty Good Sandwiches
When I met Dani, I immediately fell in love with her story. She moved to Costa del Sol 2 years ago, leaving everything behind in London, where she lived for many years. She started a new catering business and is now getting noticed as a great private chef in the beautiful area of Marbella, Spain. We got in touch thanks to social media and we came up with an idea to create a cookbook with recipes of Dani’s signature toasts and sandwiches. I hope this small online cookbook will bring you inspiration for parties, gatherings with friends or those days when you don’t want to cook but want to x something delicious, colourful and easy.

Ingredients: Rye bread or your favorite bread - toasted Cream cheese or ricotta cheese Fresh spinach leaves Red onion 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil Salt, pepper
Method: 1.
Spread the toasted bread with cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
2. Prepare the fresh spinach leaves in the pan with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Slice the red onion into thin stripes and assemble the bread.

Ingredients: Fresh baguette or your favourite bread Cottage cheese Blueberries, nectarines or peaches Cucumber Fresh mint leaves Salt, pepper

Assemble the bread with cottage cheese, fruit, mint leaves and nish with salt and pepper.

Toast your favourite bread or baguette.

Prepare the mushrooms in olive oil in a pan. Add cooking cream, dried or fresh thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and drizzle with little bit of truf e oil.

Mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise and spread it on bread.

Ingredients: Red wine grapes Goat cheese or ricotta 3 spoons of honey Fresh or dried thyme Balsamic vinegar Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons of butter Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Put the red grapes in a baking dish, add 2 tablespoons of butter, honey, salt, pepper and add dried or fresh thyme.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for at least 30 minutes. Bake bread in the oven or toaster, spread ricotta on it and garnish with baked grapes. Drizzle with balsamic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
