Nick Dolbin is the chief of the Timberlake Police Department, bringing over fourteen years of extensive law enforcement experience marked by various leadership positions. His exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust interpersonal skills have garnered him several accolades, including Rookie of the Year and Top Drug Buster. Nick's dedication to community safety has also earned him a Youth Community Award and a Department Commendation. In addition to his law enforcement duties, Nick is a dynamic entrepreneur. He runs Premier Field Services, a real estate and property management company based in Strongsville, Ohio, and holds a license as a real estate agent. Before assuming his current role, Nick was crucial in managing the operations of the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice as a 911 Operations Supervisor. He was responsible for the day-to-day management of the 911 call center, handling tasks from overseeing AMBER Alerts to coordinating responses to mass casualty incidents and managing emergency communications throughout the county. Nick Dolbin's career in law enforcement started at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, where he first patrolled subsidized housing complexes. His career trajectory included significant roles across several Ohio police departments, notably as a Commander at the Amsterdam Police Department and leading a significant narcotics operation at the Geneva on the Lake Police Department. He served as an Administrative Sergeant at the MetroHealth Police Department, overseeing dispatch operations, equipment management, and training and recruitment efforts. Nick is actively involved in community service initiatives focused on gun safety and public health. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys DIY home improvement projects and maintains a healthy lifestyle to support his demanding job.
